Notice: The differences between this sentences are:

I work in a government hospital. Rina works in a government hospital. Everyday I go to hospital by a motor car. Everyday she goes to hospital by a motor car.

In simple present, with he/she/it or any single name verb will take s/es. If the last letter of verb is vowel, we will use es. If consonant, we will use s.

We use past simple tense for expressing activities that happened in the past.

We use present simple tense for expressing daily/usual activities.
