MyiLibrary provides a faster and easier way to access collections of books, reports,

journals, and other documents published by major publishers and inter-governmental

organisations.

The aim is to allow you to write research papers more quickly and conveniently.

MyiLibrary provides you with various searching tools to ensure that you find the book or

collection that you are looking for. Whilst reading an ebook you will be able to use a

variety of tools to enable you to bookmark pages and make notes. Your bookmarks and

notes will then be saved in your personal notepad, which you will be able to access at any

point using your user login details.

How to search for an ebook

Bookmarks allow you to viewany bookmarks or notes

that you may have made ina previous MyiLibrary

session.

Advanced Search allows youto search in more detail.

For example by booktitle, ISBN, publisher

e.t.c.

For a Quick Search across allcontent, enter a keyword

and select GO. This willthen display a selection of

books related to yoursearch.

Q. Why can't I save a copy of the entire document I'm looking at?

A. Publishers and copyright owners determine how much of any particular document can be copied or printed. Your ebook may alsobe displayed page by page, therefore you will not be able to save the entire ebook in one go.

Q. Do eBooks provide less or more information than their print counterparts? Will illustrations transfer clearly?

A. In most cases, MyiLibrary collections are an exact duplication of the printed book, and our digital files are optimised for each of thedifferent formats (HTML or PDF). In addition, rights issues may sometimes prevent MyiLibrary from including all of the illustrationsas they exist in the printed version.

Q. How do I reference eBooks in any essays or dissertations that I write?

A. All eBooks have a format eISBN, which can be cited as references when needed. In addition, most formats still include referencegeneric bibliographic information.

Q. Can I print chapters, sections or pages I want to use for my research?

Q: When I enter my username and password I receive a message saying that it is invalid. Why?
