tonight (23.08.2020) at 23:25 hts in course of my night mobile duty (vide Purulia (T) PS C.C No 2006, dt 23.08.2020 & G.D. No- 1232 Dt-23.08.2020) I received secret information from a source

that a gang of criminals comprising of 11/13 heads under the leadership of (1) Bivash Bouri @

Accordingly I informed the matter to O/C Purulia (T) PS, over RT and contacted with all

night patrolling officers, briefing to all. I immediately along with source and ASI Pravash Bouri,

TC/123 Goutam Lohat, HG/1442 Shanti Kundu and other officers & forces, left to work out the

information with Govt. vehicle No WB 56C 0800. At 23:45 hrs we reached at Rail fatak beside

Buchabandh, Word no-12, Purulia, the place where the accused were assembled and preparing

themselves for committing dacoity. From a distance of about 40 yards we cordoned them. Their

whispering came to our knowledge regarding committing of dacoity at Jewelry Shop of near Rathtala

Morh and Surrounding area. We crawled nearer to them and disclose our identity and asked them to

surrender; at that time, they all started to fled away, we chased them by using dragon light device.

Purulia (1), Dist- Purulia as identified on interrogation. On further interrogation they stated that they along with 3/4 unknown other were assembled there and preparing themselves for committing dacoity at Jewelry Shop of near Rathtala Morh and Surrounding area. We searched the above persons and following items were recovered from their possession, as (1) One Iron Rod (08 mm) about 47.5 inches from the possession of Bivash Bouri @Akshya, (2) One Iron Rod (12 mm) about 5.5 inches from the right hand of accused of Sujit Das Mahanta @ Suka (3) ne Choperlength 15 inches length of sharp portion 9.5 inches and handle portion 5.5 inches) from right hand of accused of Mainuddin Ansary @ Laden (4) One Khupri (length 15 inches; Iron portion length 11.4 inches and handle portion 3.8 inches) from right hand of accused of Sckher Nuniya (5) one Gaity (length 15.5 inches) from the possession of Sk. Samim (6) One Iron Hashya (length 21 inches; length of sharp Iron portion 16 inches and handle portion 5 inches) from the possession of Sk. Rafik (7) One Tangi, (length 23.5 inches; length of sharp Iron portion 2.5 inches width portion 3.2 inches) from the left hand of accused of Sk. Bablu @Minaj which were seized and labeled by me. On denand, they failed to give any satisfactory explanation in respect of their presence at that area in the dead hours of night with such deadly weapons. So it is crystal clearly that they were assembled in that area to commit dacoity and thereby they are liable for punishment U/S 399/402 IPC. As such 00:25 hrs to 01:05 hts on 24.08.2020, the above noted accused persons were arrested maintaining all guidelines of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and seized the above articles preparing seizure list duly signed by accused persons. As no public witnesses were present at the abandoned area thus seizure list was

signed by the accompanied officers and force.
