    battery) Comparative Advantage

    BYD AAA、AA、A、SC、C、D

Products of BYD include high discharge rate dynamic batteries. BYD has strong financial resources, large capacity, and strong raw materials pricing strategy. The inventory turnover ratio of BYD is also higher than TMK. However, the consistency of BYD's Ni-MH is lower than TMK's, and its products have higher return rates than TMK's. Overall quality control is weaker than TMK.

    GP AAA、AA、A、SC、C、D

GP has a long history and strong financial resources, and is mainly dedicated to the consumer single-cell Ni-MH market. Its AA and AAA products has some advantages over TMK and some middle and high-end products compete against TMK.

    Shenzhen Grepow

    Battery Co., Ltd.

AA,AAA,SC,C,D Shenzhen Grepow has good cost control in AA, AAA and standard single-cell Ni-MH batteries segments. They target consumer batteries and lack experience in production of dynamic batteries to compete with TMK.

    Hunan Corun Power Co., Ltd.

AAA、AA、A、SC、C、D、F Hunan Corun produces from nickel, one of raw materials in Ni-MH batteries. However, the weak quality control of the company results the inferior quality of its products.

    Huanyu AAA、AA、A、SC、C、D

Huanyu has a long production history and its main products are standard

single cell Ni-MH batteries targeting the low-end market. Huanyu competes

with TMK in the low-end market and the quality of its products are inferior to
