I chose to do this project to show both my creative and innovative side. I got this project idea from looking through magazines, newspaper ads, and watching commercials. I thought it would work well in my portfolio because most people interested in fashion are constantly reading and watching out for new trends and styles. Therefore, I took two well known designer companies, Betsey Johnson and Steve Madden, who are popular currently in the fashion industry. I then applied my own style and interpretation to the advertisement. Then I took the style of the product and related it to the background of the advertisement.
