Blockchain technology is being globally recognized as cost effecve,
transparent, secured and non-manipulave with real me service in
mulple sectors of banking, business, industry, property management,
entertainment, educaon & governance.
Similarly, the fintech, IoT, machine learning and arficial intelligence
are also new age technologies pressed into service for human welfare.
These technologies not only appears to be adventurous, but at mes
hazardous as they operate on huge collecon and analysis of data,
their monitoring and command by super censors .
Recent abuse of huge data by Facebook & Cambridge Analyca
has raised warning signals and necessitated for stringent data protecon
law.
The foundaon of ILTES is based on premise “beer applicaon of
new age technologies with safer regulaons.

Reason, observation and experience- the Holy Trinity of Science- Robert G. Ingersoll.
The Life of the law has not been logic, it has been experience- Oliver Wendell Holmes
Technology has always come to the aid of humankind. Technology is not dependent on law and its emergent is autonomous based on research and innovaon. Technology, however, impact our lifeand raises various concerns including integrity of contract, security, human rights. The man-technology interference has assumed unique significance because technology in its current form not onlyacts as subservient to the wishes of the human being but is increasingly subsuming into the human being. The law has to respond to the challenges faced by the mankind in wake of leapfrogging technology. Law, by its very nature, lags behind the technology and can only respond to the emerging technologylike arficial intelligence and digital world. The iniave of creaing ILTES under the able leadershipof well known Professor M.K.Bhandari is a welcome step to concentrate on the interface between the law and technology and provide legal soluon. I salute such iniave.
The world is transforming at a rapid pace with the new emerging technologies like block chain, arficial intelligence, big data, internet of things etc. and we are witnessing this change along with the unprecedented challenges to inculcate them effecvely and lawfully. Professor M.K. Bhandari`s vision of launching the ILTES plaorm is one of its kind in India which will enable the legal system in the country to formulate and create new laws on cyber security and block chain related technology. There is a huge necessity of laws to be made which can help these disrupve new technologies to grow in the fastest growing emerging market like India. As the world is witnessing this paradigm shi with all these technologies becoming a part of our day to day lives one also need to understand the implicaons from both posive and negave aspects to curb out the scams and hacks being done in the recent mes. Also there is a big need of the personal data protecon laws which will preserve the privacy and rights of the common man.So there is a need for all to not only be tech savvy but also to relate it to law and society so that the society at large can benefit out of it. To implement this, an applicable regulatory framework is required which will enact as a bridge between the tech savvy young generaon and the jurisdicon of the country.I respect the iniave taken by Prof. Bhandari ji and am very glad to be associated with the ILTES team. I wish them all the success on “the road not taken” and create the new future of technology, compliant with legal system pertaining across the globe.

Technology has become the integral part of our lives, just as we need air, water and food we need technology too..Benefits of technology in BusinessBusinesses operate more efficiently when they use technology correctly. Digizing files makes it easy to customize documents such as user agreements and contract templates. Communicaon is instant with email and the ability to send documents back and forth during negoaons. Benefits of technology in Environmental Protecona. Renewable energy Some of the most recognized and important eco-friendly tech advancements in recent years have been in the clean energy sector. Renewable sources of energy like solar, wind and hydroelectric power have become much more widespread, as well as cheaper.Technology is also being used to ensure that environment-related laws and regulaons are being followed.
b. Environmental monitoring In areas where poachers frequently hunt endangered animals, conservaonists have begun using drones to keep an eye on the area. The drones act as security cameras that can cover vast distances, making it more difficult for those hunng illegally to get away with breaking the law.
c. Smarter Homes The home is one of the biggest energy users, but new technologies are helping to change that. Devices like smart thermostats and moon-acvated lighng make it easier to only use power when you really need it, which saves both money and energy. These gadgets can be used in both the private home and in businesses, and they have the potenal to reduce our energy usage significantly.
