Section I. INTRODUCTION

1. Scope. This publication provides an over-printed DA Form 2062 (Hand Receipt) which liststhe contents of Components of End Item (COEI),Basic Issue Items (BII), and Additional Authoriza-tion List (AAL) items related to the DRAGONMedium Antitank/Assault Weapon System.

2. General. a. Section II is the overprinted DAForm 2062 listing the contents of the COEI, BII,and AAL extracted from TM 9-1425-484-10, TM9-1425-484-24, TM 9-4935-484-14, and TM9-6920 -484-12. Where applicable, the listings con-sist of the same items in the same sequence asthose listings in the above referenced manuals.

b. The overprinted DA Form 2062 will eliminatemanual preparation of the form and will assist or-ganizations in inventorying and accounting forproperty as required by AR 710-2.

c. Local reproduction of the overprinted DAForm 2062 is authorized. However, organizationswill comply with local policies in the reproductionof DA Form 2062 by office copying equipment,field printing plant, or duplicating plant facilities.

d. Additional copies of this publication may berequisitioned from: U.S. Army Adjutant GeneralPublications Center, 1655 Woodson Road, St.Louis, MO 63114 in accordance with Chapter 3,AR 310-3.

3. Explanation of Blocks and Columns (DA Form2062). Refer to DA PAM 710-2-1, Chapter 6.Additional information required to complete DAForm 2062 is listed below:

a. Hand receipts shall identify the accounting re-quirement status of all line item entries via columnc. One of the following Accounting RequirementsCodes (ARC) will apply:

(N) for Nonexpendable: Items not consumed inuse, retaining their identity during use, and re-quiring that accountability be maintained through-out the life of the item.

(D) for Durable: Nonconsumable componentsof sets, kits, outfits, and assemblages; all tools inFSC’S 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, 5140, 5180,5210, 5220, and 5280: and any other non-consumable with a price in excess of $50.00 notalready “N”.

(X) for Expendable: Items regardless of typeclassification or price and which are consumed inuse. Includes all class 9 repair parts. Items notconsumed in use which cost $50.00 or less and notalready “N” or “D”.

b. Authorization documents are as follows:

(1) Components of End Item (COEI) areauthorized by the applicable Repair Parts andSpecial Tools List (RPSTL).

(2) Basic Issue Items (BII) are authorized bythe applicable operator’s manual.

(3) Additional Authorization List (AAL)items are authorized by appropriate MTOE, TDA,CTA, or JTA authorization documents.
