JUNE 16th, 2009: Titan Energy Worldwide Completes Asset Purchase of Established Power Generation Business in Miami, Florida

Completed the purchase of selected assets and liabilities of R.B. Grove, Inc., a 50 year old leading supplier and servicing company for industrial generators and other power equipment in Southern Florida.

"This purchase gives Titan Energy entrance into Florida's $150 million emergency power market," stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. "Florida represents one of the top markets in the United States for emergency power generation equipment sales and service.”

23 June, 2009: Titan Energy Worldwide Selected to Provide Remote Monitoring for "Peak Shaving" Generators of Major Retailer

- has been selected by a major retailer to provide remote monitoring on back up generators located at five of its stores in Minnesota.

June 25th, 2009: Titan Energy Worldwide Receives $600,000 Contract to Supply Back-Up Power to U.S. Military Telecommunications Sites Throughout the U.S.

- received orders to provide back-up power engine generators systems to communications towers located at U.S. military installations in various locations throughout the United States.

July 9th, 2009: Titan Energy Worldwide Announces $270,000 in New Orders for Power Generation Equipment

Announced that its Midwest subsidiary, Titan Energy Systems, received five new orders for power generation equipment totaling nearly $270,000.

Customers to receive new equipment include a major medical manufacturing company, a local government transit authority, and an international energy transportation and distribution company.

For example, new orders are going out to one of the nation's largest medical technology companies and another to one of Canada's largest gas distribution companies. July 14th, 2009: Titan Energy Worldwide Announces $80,000 in June Orders to the Caribbean

Titan’s Florida subsidiary, Grove Power, received new orders for power generation equipment totaling more than $80,000.

These orders for generators went to numerous locations including Haiti, Dominican Republic, Nevis, the Bahamas, Jamaica, Turks & Caicos and Honduras.

Total orders for the Grove Power subsidiary of Titan Energy were approximately $350,000 for the month of June.
