Warriors to Work ProgramBy Timothy Higgins
Introduction
A supporter of numerous causes, Timothy Higgins knows the importance of giving back regularly. He runs in road races to help raise funds for charities, as well as makes contributions to groups looking to solve childhood obesity, help underserved populations, and recover from the attack on 9/11. He also donates to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWp), which assists recent veterans who have returned home with life-changing injuries.
The Warriors to Work Program connects employers with prospective employees through a database of resumes and open positions. Powered by Careerbuilder.com, the program’s website leverages the latest technology to ensure ease of use.

System users include wounded veterans, employers, and caregivers, all of whom may request log-ins through an application process.
Veterans and caregivers who previously registered with the organization as alumni or family support, respectively, may simply utilize the same log-ins. Employers must also submit contact forms for approval. Unlike some job search sites, the Warriors to Work database does not require employers to pay for posting open positions.
