Yellow Belts Still using some memory, but now have specifically chosen paper to capture with, plus a manageable number of Inboxes / Voice mailboxes
Orange Belts Very little memory, plus paper that is part of a set of pads. There is some consolidation of inboxes. A capture point is often, but not always available
Green Belts Never rely on memory, and use reliable capture points all the time. A manual capture point is always available, and the number is kept to a minimum. A backup capture point is used in emergencies.
