It would bring my family and I joy if we could bring God glory by me serving as a Pastor

preaching God’s Word (2 Tim. 4:1-2), being involved in Biblical Counseling (1 Thess. 5:14),

leading (1 Peter 5:2), loving (1 Thess. 2:7-9) and discipling (Matt. 28:18-20) His flock

wherever He leads us. The Lord has given me a passion for expository teaching, Missions,

Biblical Counseling, and the family. I am also open to being an Associate Pastor in which

I could come alongside an older Pastor and support him and learn from him.

BIO My wife Melanie and I have been married since December 2003 and we have a 4 year old

son, Tobias, and a new daughter, Grace, born July 2011! When Melanie and I got married I

was serving as a Youth and Associate Pastor and we loved being involved in ministry full time.

We came to The Master’s Seminary where I could be trained further “as if lives depended on

it,” and we now look forward to serving the Lord full time again. I had the privilege of being

raised in a Christian home and by God’s great grace was saved at a young age. In every

stage of life God has opened up avenues to serve Him, and Melanie and I met serving at a

Christian group at Washington State University. The six years that God gave me working

under a great Bible expositor left an indelible mark on how we view ministry and the church.

Ever since I was young the Lord has given me a desire to serve Him as a Pastor.

• Teaching an adult Bible study of about 30 (Romans, Marriage, Parenting),

previously sharing with a former TMS professor & now leading & co-teaching
