The world-famous Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Florida is a Pete Dye and Greg Norman design. Newest member, Tiger Woods plays from the tips, but even the regular tees are plenty tough. There is also a Medalist Village Club and Spa with a fun 12 hole Par 3 course and tennis and a Spa. The Village Club is mandatory and costs $35K to join and $400/month. The Golf Club costs $110K to join and $1,000/month for dues. Homes are upscale, with numerous new homes to choose from. The Zuckerman Group is the lead builder. Homes range from $600K to $2M in the current market, but have been double that range in recent years. Many homes for sale, have been on the market for a long period and may produce significant discounts. Medalist is an A++ club and may gain more from having Tiger Woods as a member.
