Tidings from the East
I would like to thank the Past Masters
and brethren of Columbine Lodge for this
opportunity to serve as Worshipful Master. I
am excited to begin, and I hope I will do as
good as job as my predecessors have before me. The
officers are working hard to prepare for a busy year of
Masonic labors.
As of this writing, the Wardens are I are looking
forward to representing you at the Grand Lodge session in
Colorado Springs, the last weekend in January. There are
several excellent events planned, as well as proposals to
update our Constitution, and election of the Grand Lodge
officers.
We have planned a very busy month in February with
work plenty of work in the Quarry.
We will be conferring the Fellowcraft degree, and we
will also be initiating new brethren. This is always a joyful
event for the Lodge, and I strongly urge you to attend. We
want to have a great crowd on hand to welcome our new
members, and it is your opportunity to meet new men.
As always, I will be doing our best by streamlining these
meetings to keep them fun and interesting, and so that we
may finish in a timely fashion, to return home and spend
time with our families.
Columbine Lodge has fantastic and diverse group of
Brethren. By focusing on our strengths as individuals, and
as members of the Lodge as a whole, we will have very
successful year
We will keep Columbine Lodge on an upward
trajectory, while having fun doing it!
Fraternally,
Fredrick A. Shaw II
Worshipful Master
