Our hot chocolate Ticket Sticks make an elegant addition to any dessert table, and they take the spotlight beautifully in a hot chocolate bar. Simply provide steaming milk or water (we are happy to provide helpful serving tips to you or your caterer) and any toppings or extras you see fit. Don’t forget to ask about our fresh fluffy homestyle marshmallows, which play an indelible supporting role.

We dreamed up our Personalized Hot Chocolate Silverplate Spoons to be the perfect meaningful, personal gift or a show-stopping surprise for your guests.

Choose any message you like (up to 22 characters), and we'll stamp it onto a one-of-a-kind vintage silver-plate spoon, then set the spoon in a block of our signature couverture chocolate.

AmberLee spent the first few years of her life living in a ridiculously picturesque part of the Maracaibo region of Venezuela with her family of European immigrants. Being in a family of European chocolate lovers who live among the world’s most revered cacao made AmberLee think of chocolate as part of being a family. She now lives in the Roseville, California area with her husband and four children and continues to obsess over chocolate. AmberLee creates our recipes, designs our packaging and website, directs photoshoots, and enjoys keeping in touch with our fellow chocolate fans by email and media. AmberLee’s favorite thing to do while drinking hot chocolate is to read Dickens, and then collapse onto her pillow before 9:30 at night, because, did we mention? she has four children.

Tyler grew up as the number one sales person (starting at the age of 8) in his family’s holiday, fresh fruit gift basket company. He comes from a family of eight children, and everyone pitched in to sell fruit baskets to pay for the wonderful holiday season they had every year. He became good friends with AmberLee and her husband during their college years, when he was known as the guy who cooked up actual real meals and sat down to them for dinner. Tyler went on to receive his MBA at Babson College before joining Team Ticket to manage our business development, our weddings and special events, our program for gourmet grocers, and our holiday gifting events. He has a penchant for traveling and is by far the best baller among us. Tyler lives in the L.A. area with his wife and daughter, and is expecting a twin son and daughter this December.
