The client receives an economical, environment friendly compact unit, ready for installation. The boilers are constructed for oil- or gasfiring. The construction and manufacturing of the boilers is done according to TRD. The local oficial approval and inspection is carried out by TÜV or an independent test authority. The ISO 9001 certification and the quality approval at our factory with our Hoval quality performance departement with works certificate guarantee the highest product quality. Admissible working pressure / temperature Standard pressures: 6 and 10 bars. Higher pressure on request. Max. temperature: 110°C (depending on local regulations). Thermal Insulation The boiler is fully insulated including flue gas collector with 100 mm rock wool insulation. The casing is made of structured aluminum plate, thickness 1mm. Sockets and cuttings are nicely framed. Control Panel The electro control panel for the Hoval boiler is equipped with the required control units and indicators for control and supervision of boiler and burner. The operation and alarm reports are shown as fault indication. The control panel will be made upon customer requirements and depending on burner to be used. A description of the control panel display SLC 28-1 can be found on page xyz of this catalogue. High Efficiency Due to the above technical facts an efficiency of min. 92,5% can be achieved. The boiler is fully insulated including flue gas collector with 100mm rock wool insulation. The casing is made of structured aluminumplate, thickness 1mm. Sockets and cuttings are nicely framed.

Control Panel

The electro control panel for the Hoval boiler is equipped with therequired control units and indicators for control and supervisionof boiler and burner. The operation and alarm reports are shownas fault indication. The control panel will be made upon customerrequirements and depending on burner to be used. A descriptionof the control panel display SLC 28-1 can be found on page xyzof this catalogue.

High Efficiency

Control Panel

The electro control panel for the Hoval boiler is equipped with therequired control units and indicators for control and supervisionof boiler and burner. The operation and alarm reports are shownas fault indication. The control panel will be made upon customerrequirements and depending on burner to be used. The Hoval high output warm water boilers are made of high qualitysteel and are distinguished by their solid, robust and elasticconstruction.They particularly convince by their easy way ofoperation, their easy maintenance and an optimal efficiency. Theclient receives an economical, environment friendly compact unit,ready for installation. The boilers are constructed for oil- orgasfiring.The construction and manufacturing of the boilers is doneaccording to TRD. The local oficial approval and inspection iscarried out by TÜV or an independent test authority. Type THW-U

The type THW-U classical 3 pass reverse flame tube flue gas tubeboiler with reverse flame tube and an inner completely watercooled flue gas turning chamber guarantees high efficiency. Theboiler consists of a cylindric shell, the two headplates, the reverseflametube including the back flue gas turning chamber with watercooled finned tube wall and the dimple flue gas tubes whichincrease the heat transfer (Hoval patent). The boiler door isthermal insulated and flue gas tight for burner mounting. Theboiler is completely electrically welded and provided with allrequired inspection openings.The spacious designed flame tube with low thermal chargesresults in an exellent combustion and reduces emissions. Thelarge water content secures an even boiler running time and thusreduces the number of boiler starts.

Feed Water quality

Local feed- and boilerwater regulations have to be followed andwaste water regulations have to be payed attention to.Total hardness less than 1°f, pH-value 8.3-9.5 and for installationswith parts made of aluminum or non ferrous metal 8.3 - max. 9,Oxygen < 0.1 mg/l.

Delivery

The pressure body is completely insulated with a primer. Theinsulation is fixed at the factory according to the size of the boilerbody and as far as transport technically possible. Connectionopenings are rain covered. Burner armatures and control panelare choosable either mounted on the burner or packed loosely ina separate box. Assembling of boiler and wiring can be done atsite by a local contractor resp. customer.
