Foreman: What does the 1032 food mean? Did you know that Portsmouth is being looked at to maybe a stop to the Ohio River because of the Panama Canal being widened? Do you know anything about that?
Shepherd: Those are 1032 companies that produce processed food in Ohio. Simonton: I have seen containers come up the river. I haven’t seen any as far up as Portsmouth yet. That is a great opportunity for the area.

What about expansion of the airports? Shepherd: They have been making upgrades. Simonton: Pike County put down a new runway.

Shepherd: First point is funding for our site. The more funding, we have the more work that will be done. We are fighting to keep funding.
