The Easleys have a daughter, Becky, who is two, and live at A-l-C, College View. Houston is. their home town.) CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 1—2-3 lb. hen 1 large bell pepper (diced) 2 pkgs. Kraft Dinner 1 teaspoon salt 2 large cans pimento (diced) % teaspoon pepper Place hen in pressure cooker, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add 2 cups of water. Pressure for 35 minutes. Remove from cooker and pull off meat, set aside. Boil macaroni from Kraft Dinner until tender, drain and add to chicken. Add bell pepper, pimento, salt, pepper, cheese from Kraft Dinner, and broth from chicken, mix well. Place in casser- ole and cook in oven about 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. ' AVOCADO SALAD 1 onion (small) 1 head lettuce 1 large avocado 1 c. American cheese (grated) 3 medium tomatoes Dice onion in salad bowl. Cut up avocado in small pieces, add diced tomatoes. Pull lettuce to pieces, add to other vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Sprinkle cheese over top. I do not use a dressing, for the avocados make the salad sufficinetly moist, but iK preferred, a favorite french dressing may be poured over the top. FRENCH TOAST 2 half-baked French loaves Margerine Cut french loaves length-wise. Spread sufficinetly with mai'gerine and place in oven till brown. CHICKEN SPAGHETTI1—2-3 lb. hen 1 large bell pepper (diced)2 pkgs. Kraft Dinner 1 teaspoon salt2 large cans pimento (diced) % teaspoon pepper

Place hen in pressure cooker, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add 2 cups of water. Pressure for 35 minutes. Remove from cooker and pull off meat, set aside. Boil macaroni from Kraft Dinner until tender, drain and add to chicken. Add bell pepper, pimento, salt, pepper, cheese from Kraft Dinner, and broth from chicken, mix well. Place in casser­ole and cook in oven about 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

' AVOCADO SALAD1 onion (small) 1 head lettuce1 large avocado 1 c. American cheese (grated)3 medium tomatoes

Dice onion in salad bowl. Cut up avocado in small pieces, add diced tomatoes. Pull lettuce to pieces, add to other vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Sprinkle cheese over top. I do not use a dressing, for the avocados make the salad sufficinetly moist, but iK preferred, a favorite french dressing may be poured over the top.

FRENCH TOAST2 half-baked French loaves Margerine

Cut french loaves length-wise. Spread sufficinetly with mai'gerine and place in oven till brown.
