Gi cc FAK c tnh da trn c s gi thnh vn ti cng vi phn li d kin chia u cho s lng container c vn chuyn trong chuyn i. Cc hng l (LCL freight rate): khi khi lng hng khng gi trn container th hng c gi l cho hng tu hoc ngi gom hng ng ra m trch vic gom hng v chuyn ch. Hp ng thu di hn (Long term lease): quy nh ngi thu s dng mt s lng container sut thi gian thu m khng c hon i, khng c hy hp ng. Nu c s vi phm hy hp ng trc thi hn th ngi thu phi tr tin pht.
