The theme of the festival is the breaking of boundaries via the digital world
The only boundary a person has today is their computer screen
A person can see anything from anywhere around the world using the internet
Not only a physical nature, a person can break the boundaries of their own mind, by discovering new things they never knew existed

People broke this boundary by crossing the oceans and discovering all manor of new things
People still do this today, however instead of crossing oceans you simply have to log on to discover new innovative things

Due to this rapid progress Liverpool had become the second metropolis of Great Britain

Through the use of the digital world we can discover new and different art forms
The point of this festival is to bring together creatives from a worldwide network
By bringing all of these creatives together in one social hub we can essentially do the same thing
Creatives alike can meet up showcase their work and bounce ideas off one another
