Transcriber notes

The two versions A & B have discrepancies with the values and A has been written in an unusual manner so I have

transcribed both.

A has got an addendum after the initial signing and I have entered it there.

I don’t understand where the additional £1 10s has come from but it is possibly from the addendum.
