Keeping This Very Simple Inflammation and malabsorption are complicated topics and the whole purpose of this reboot is to make it very simple for you to understand.

Things to Do for ALL 7 Days#1: Drink Enough Water!

Follow this simple rule for the sake of this reboot:

For Every 1LB of bodyweight, consume 0.75oz of water.

For example: If you weigh 150lbs, then you would consume 112.5 oz, which is a bit less than a gallon. A general rule of thumb is that if your urine is still yellow and hasn’t become pale yellow to clear, you could afford to drink more.

#2 Fasted Lemon Water:

Do NOT add any sweeteners UNLESS it is Raw, Organic, Local Honey

Lemon contains an antioxidant called D-Limonene (larger amounts found in the peel of the lemon), which has been shown to generate an increase in specific liver enzymes that lead to the detoxification of the liver.

Since your liver has worked hard to filter many of the chemicals and toxins over the years, starting with a way to detoxify and “reset” the liver is the greatest way to start your body cleanse.

I Recommend Using Apple Cider Vinegar

Here’s How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar:Use Raw, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (if it doesn’t have a cloudy residue, it’s not unfiltered.)

Apple cider vinegar is known to purify the blood and also aid in detoxifying the liver and removing bad cholesterol.

Apple cider vinegar will also aid in digestion and make certain that you are flushing out the toxins and some build-up within the digestive system.

This will allow you to absorb more of those organic, healthy nutrients when you start changing your diet.

Remember!

Review the Entire Program Before Starting. It is designed withspecific amounts of food items in mind, and accurate timing. It isimportant that you understand the process before you begin.

Protein Intake on the RebootDuring the Reboot you will still be consuming adequate amounts of protein.

The reason for this is because most cleanses and detox programs eliminate protein altogether, but that wastes muscle tissue, especially during a calorie deficit.

If you choose organic meats or opt for high quality cage-free eggs, the inflammatory impact will be very little, so the cleanse will still be effective.

If you are vegetarian or vegan, I highly recommend that you use aPea Protein powder as your source of protein so that you can still get enough.

How Much Protein Will You Need?

I recommend that you consume approximately 1/4 gram of proteinper pound of bodyweight during this program.

A rough estimate with each meal would be about ½ the size of your fist in terms of serving size.

For Example:If you are 200lbs, you would divide 200 by 4,which would equal 50 grams of protein per day.

A Few Rules Before Starting!

Eat Breakfast After your Fasted Lemon Water and after Fasted Cardio

Breakfast must be ALL Organic (because your body is much moresensitive to what you eat first thing in the AM) and you should make an honest attempt to eat ALL organic throughout the entire program.

Absolutely No GLUTEN, grains, starches or DAIRY

No Vitamins Until we start day 4!

We are ridding the body of supplements until that time.

If you feel dizzy, or weak, give yourself a bit of honey or blue Berries as a first measure of action.

As with any program, if you feel exceptionally dizzy or weak, Contact a health professional.

Although you will feel a bit calorie deprived, the process of your body cleansing is occurring and the struggle will dissipate after day 2.

Exercise During the RebootIf you’re looking to enhance the effect of the reboot, you are welcome to implement 30 minutes of fasted cardio (AFTER your lemon water.)

This will help to excrete toxins through your sweat and expedite the cleansing process as well.

It is very important that if you feel light headed or sick during your cardio, to discontinue it during the initial 3-day cleansing period.

You will be in a calorie deficit and it may just be too hard on yourbody.

Immediately after completing your fasted cardio, consume your breakfast meal as indicated below.

*Option in lieu of cardio is to sitin a dry sauna or steam roomfor 10-15 minutes after yourlemon water.

Symptoms of Dizziness:

FAQ 1.Why So Many Berries?

– The reason is because you need a form offructose for your body to function during this calorie deficit.

This large amount of fruit is what is keeping you functioning so wellmentally through this program!

2. Can I Blend the Berries?

– If the berries are too much for you, throw them in the blender and drink them!

3. What if I Don’t Eat Meat?

– During the 7-Day Reboot, it is imperative that you get adequate protein, so if you’re vegetarian or vegan, opt for organic red split lentils, tempeh, or pea protein (I prefer a brand that only has one ingredient, called Naked Pea).

4. Cayenne is really hot, I cannot stomach it.

–You can actually use cayenne capsules available at most supermarkets and drug stores! 5. How am I supposed to Eat the Coconut Oil? –Coconut oil is stable at many temperatures, so you can eat it raw, or you can even cook it into the other foods, it won’t affect the program positively or negatively. 6. Do I have to eat the Kale raw? – Although I prefer that you eat it raw, you can sauté it along with the coconut oil. 7.What if I don’t have a Juicer? – You can opt to put the ingredients in a blender and add a bit of distilled water. It may be a bit chunkier than with a juicer, but you can absolutely get it down. 8. What if I hate the taste of Cinnamon? – You can absolutely use a cinnamon capsule. Just get one that is about 500mg per capsule.

9. Can I workout when I’m on the Reboot? – If you’re an experienced athlete, you can probably get away with working out, but ideally, we want to limit exercise because you want your body to be focused on healing, not on recovering from a workout.

I recommend keeping it to light cardio.

10. Do I eat the recommended amount of protein in grams, or the fistsize measurement?

– I list this both ways in the program because not everyone is math oriented and wants to weigh out their food.

The ½ fist size estimate is usually a safe amount to figure when it comes for “just enough” protein on the reboot!
