Materials Needed 1 Kite Page (attached) Scissors Tape Crayons/Markers Ribbon 3/5” (different colors) Ribbon 1/2”

Assembly Instructions: 1. Write the skill(s) and/or task(s) you worked on in OT this

school year.

2. Write the skill(s) and/or task(s) you still need to work on in OT.

3. Color the other 2 portions of the kite using markers or crayons.

4. Cut out kite.

5. Measure and cut a piece of 1 inch or 1&1/2 inch thick ribbon to approximately 12 inches.

6. Tape ribbon to the back of the kite. This will be the tail of the kite.

7. Measure and cut out 4 pieces of 3/8 inch ribbon (different colors) to approximately 6-7 inches.

8. Tie a knot with each of these 4 pieces of ribbon equal distances apart down the tail of the kite as “bows.”
