• Ahab’s reign was marked by a strange and terrible apostasy

• He led the people into Baal worship

B. What did Ahab started doing after marrying Jezebel? I Kings 16:31-33

• Ahab married Jezebel, a pagan princess

• Jezebel helped spread the worship of Baal in the nation of Israel

• Jezebel had a powerful sway over Ahab
