Are you ready to learn how to finally

turn your New Year's resolu�ons into

2. Take control of your own

one else decide for you. Take con-

trol and take responsibility for your

own life. Set you own goals and

fight for the right to achieve them.

3. Don't tolerate nega�ve people -

Surround yourself with posi�ve,

like-minded people. They will em-

power you and help you on your

way. Cut the nega�ve cha7er out

of your life. If you don't it will drag

you down and crush your dreams.

4. Stop pushing for perfec�on -

Accept that life has its ups and its

downs and enjoy the ride. You can

spend a life�me searching for con-

tented bliss only to realize that you

have let the years slip by without

stopping to enjoy them. You can't

have highs without a few lows,

that's what makes the good �mes

so good.

5. Don't be too hard on yourself - If

you feel like people are constantly

judging you be aware that we only

feel like that when we are spend-

ing too much �me judging our-

selves. Take some �me each day

to appreciate who you are

and what you have

achieved.

6. Learn from life

lessons - Everything

happens for a reason.

When something goes

wrong don't beat yourself

up, step back, take a good look at

the situa�on and use it as an op-

portunity to learn and grow. We

learn more from our mistakes then

we do from our successes.

7. Don't let pessimism fuel procras-

�na�on - Don't waste your life dis-

credi�ng yourself. Pessimism and

procras�na�on can be too of the

biggest hurdles on your journey to

success. Nega�ve thinking will drag

you down and leave you with low

self-esteem and li7le or no mo�va-

�on to go out there and chase your

dreams. Don't listen to that li7le

voice in your head. Stand tall and

fight for your right to happiness.
