Are you ready to learn how to finally
turn your New Year's resolu�ons into
New Year's results? The key word here
is "new", because you want to create
"new" results. You must analyze your
old year that has passed and your fu-
ture, which means do not think "re-run/
replay" instead think about forging for-
ward into the New Year. In order to

decide to analyze, develop and imple-
ment new ac�on steps.
Invest about 60 minutes
of uninterrupted �me
analyzing the last 12
months of your life. Ex-
amine exactly what you
did over the last 365
days to create the results
that you have now. Don't
worry about these results and don't
complain about them either. Simply
analyze them and understand that you
are exactly where you are today be-
cause of your ac�ons over the past
year.
That's right, your ac�ons created your
results in 2012. Your ac�ons turned into
personal decisions that produced the
results that your are experiencing. Now,
are you sa�sfied with your results in
2012? If not, then how do you turn your
New Year's resolu�ons into results? You
must implement NEW ac�on steps.

Analyze what you did every day to de-

1. Believe in your dreams -

only person standing between

dreams is you. If you can

it. Take that first step,
believe in your

one step closer to achiev-
ing them already.
2. Take control of your own
des�ny - When your future is un-
certain and you are unsure which
path to take it is easy to let some-
one else decide for you. Take con-
trol and take responsibility for your
own life. Set you own goals and
fight for the right to achieve them.
3. Don't tolerate nega�ve people -
Surround yourself with posi�ve,
like-minded people. They will em-
power you and help you on your
way. Cut the nega�ve cha7er out
of your life. If you don't it will drag
you down and crush your dreams.
4. Stop pushing for perfec�on -
Accept that life has its ups and its
downs and enjoy the ride. You can
spend a life�me searching for con-
tented bliss only to realize that you
have let the years slip by without
stopping to enjoy them. You can't
have highs without a few lows,
that's what makes the good �mes
so good.
5. Don't be too hard on yourself - If
you feel like people are constantly
judging you be aware that we only
feel like that when we are spend-
ing too much �me judging our-
selves. Take some �me each day
to appreciate who you are
and what you have
achieved.
6. Learn from life
lessons - Everything
happens for a reason.
When something goes
wrong don't beat yourself
up, step back, take a good look at
the situa�on and use it as an op-
portunity to learn and grow. We
learn more from our mistakes then
we do from our successes.
7. Don't let pessimism fuel procras-
�na�on - Don't waste your life dis-
credi�ng yourself. Pessimism and
procras�na�on can be too of the
biggest hurdles on your journey to
success. Nega�ve thinking will drag
you down and leave you with low
self-esteem and li7le or no mo�va-
�on to go out there and chase your
dreams. Don't listen to that li7le
voice in your head. Stand tall and
fight for your right to happiness.
