Carpet Sign is a dedicated and innovative manufacturer of ‘custom made’ rugs. Since 1979 Carpet Sign has specialized in the manufacture of rich rugs in which structure and colour are the essence. Each rug is of a unique structure, material, pile height, size and colour and is made entirely to satisfy any request. The collection enriches residential-, office-, shop- and hotel projects. The creative Carpet Sign Colour Studio is able to vividly imagine and convert your specific wishes into a perfectly matching rug!

A closer look at the Carpet Sign collection

The wide range of products in our collection is characterized by richness and timelessness with a dash of trendy; yet always part of a highly aesthetic bigger picture. Depending on the chosen colour, structure and pile length, the collection fits both modern and classic interiors. A clear hallmark of Carpet Sign is the use of fine [worsted-] yarn; by making use of many different colours, we create an impressive and subtle atmosphere. Carpet Sign mostly uses yarn of organic origin, such as various types of wool from New Zealand , linen, cotton, viscose and pure silk. Yarns with beautiful and pleasant characteristics, which, on itself or subtly added for a dazzling effect show a luxurious result.

Carpet Sign welcomed Richard Hutten as their Art Director. The first result of their collaboration was presented in Shenzhen during the SZIDF, where Hutten was curator and Guest of Honour. Hutten designed 3D rugs printed in a unique way.

Plaatselijke regels (Local rules)

• Buiten de baan is aangegeven met witte palen of met wit gemerkte hekken en afrasteringen. Gebieden met kwetsbaar milieu worden aangegeven door witte palen met een groene kop.• Grond in bewerking (G.U.R.) is aangegeven met blauwe palen of blauwe lijnen. Indien er een belemmering is door G.U.R. (R.25-1a) is de speler verplicht deze te ontwijken (R. 25-1b).• Vaste obstakels: Alle markeringspalen van waterhindernissen en G.U.R., alsmede afstandspalen en aangepaalde bomen zijn vaste obstakels. Indien er sprake is van belemmering is de speler verplicht deze te ontwijken (R.24-2b).• Gebied Kwetsbaar Milieu (GKM): Indien er sprake is van belemmering door stand of voorgenomen swing door GKM, moet de speler de bal (door de baan) opnemen en zonder straf droppen binnen een stoklengte van het dichtst bij de bal gelegen punt op de baan. Alle waterhindernissen, gemarkeerd met gele of rode palen voorzien van een groene kop zijn tot een gebied kwetsbaar milieu verklaard. Indien de bal in dit gebied ligt of daarin verloren is, moet de speler het spel voort zetten volgens de waterhindernisregel (R.26-1).• Afstandmeters: Voor alle wedstrijden en ronden op onze banen mag een speler afstanden bepalen met elke afstandsmeter, op voorwaarde dat de speler het instrument enkel en alleen gebruikt om afstanden te meten.• Overtreding van de plaatselijke regels: - Matchplay – verlies van de hole; - Strokeplay – twee strafslagen.

Algemene informatie:

• Gebied Kwetsbaar milieu (biotoop): Het is verboden deze gebieden te betreden.• Plaggen: Plaats uitgeslagen plaggen terug en trap deze goed aan.• Baanpersoneel heeft altijd voorrang: Indien baanpersoneel aan het werk is binnen slagafstand, moeten spelers altijd wachten op een teken van het baanpersoneel.• Dropping zones: Voor de waterhindernissen bij green 4, 14, 17 zijn dropping zones voor gebruik als de gebruikelijke mogelijkheden voor ontwijken van waterhindernissen niet mogelijk zijn.• Alle afstandsmarkeringen zijn tot het midden van de green. 50 meter (rood), 100 meter (blauw), 150 meter (geel), 200 meter (wit).
