Chef Manny began his career over a

decade ago at the flagship Taj Mahal

Hotel in Mumbai after receiving a degree

in Culinary Arts from Hotel Management

School, Aurangabad—one of India’s most

prestigious hotel schools. Shortly after, he

moved to Canada to work at the River Rock

Casino as their Demi Chef de Parties before

moving on to Edgewater Casino. He joined

the Parq Vancouver team in 2018, where he

now lends his creative talents to each menu.
