Ms. Ford ☺

Teachers,

Black History Figures Research Posters are engaging researchposters that students use to learn more about a figure in BlackHistory, then design and color to create a fun poster! This setincludes 20 different book reports. There are 4 different stylesand formats! A blank editable form to use with any figure is alsoincluded.

Students may use books, encyclopedias, and child-friendly internetsites to do their research. Since each research poster is a singlepage, students will have time to research several historical figuresduring the month of February!

Each book report includes the name and picture of the historicalfigure, clip art of American symbols, a space to include the datesof the person’s life, and 4 research and reflection assignments. These research reports are great for reading and researchstations and as assignments for the whole class!

A student and teacher rubric are included with this set of posters. They may be used to assess accuracy of responses, expression ofideas, and visual creativity. Just Print and Go! Your students arejust a page away from creating an informative, creative researchposter report! I hope you enjoy using Black History FiguresResearch Posters with your students!
