SCHEDULE(Mock dates below; please fill in accurately.)

Each training day is from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Extreme lateness/the full missing of days disqualifies lost-time pay and graduation from the program.

Î Wednesday, September 00: travel day

Î Thursday, September 00: check-in/ registration: 8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.; training day: 8:15 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Î Friday, September 00: check-in/registration: 8:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.; training day: 8:15 a.m.– 6:30 p.m.

AGENDAPlease see the attached agenda. We have a short amount of time to get a lot done, so we expect that you’ll be on time. Late arrival, early departure, or complete non-attendance on any of the training days will result in the omission of lost-time pay. (Attach agenda.)

MEALSIncluded in your registration are breakfast, healthy snacks, and lunch. Participants are to cover their own dinner costs each evening. The evening of Day 1 of the training, the full training group usually has a nice group dinner at a select location (TBD). This time allows the training group to mingle and bond.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Please see the attached Dietary Restrictions Form. If you have dietary restrictions, please complete and submit the form to your training facilitator along with your training Commitment Form. We will make our best attempt to meet your dietary needs. (Attach form.)
