in a poor region climbs onto a motorbike, the kick-start ratcheting, ratcheting, and then engaging, before he sets off, buzzing down a narrow dirt road, the medicine and supplies strapped to his back. Medicine and supplies YOU helped provide!

They’re for someone like Kyaw in Myanmar who’s stricken with leprosy. He’s sitting cross-legged on the straw mat in his hut, and you can see the bloody, weeping ulcers covering his feet and ankles — and the missing toes. He confides in a whisper, “They call me leper.” You can read the shame on his face. “It makes me very angry,” he says, hurting. “People look down on me.”

Take this opportunity to show compassion. Let your faith guide you.
