To help solve this we’ve made the Select/Complete dialog box easier to use: The Select / Complete dialog is still displayed after pressing the Approve & Order Aligners button, but neither pricing option is pre- selected and the Next button is inactive (OK has been changed to Next). If you choose Complete, the Next button becomes active. Click to submit the order. If you choose Select, aligner icons for both arches are shown. All are pre-selected and the Next button is active. Click to deselect any aligners you do not wish to order. Click Next to submit your order. See page 3 for more information.

Many of you ordering full-service Aligner cases found the Select/Complete pricing option dialog box confusing and as a result, sometimes you inadvertently chose a pricing option you did not want. Ordering Full-Service Aligners Simplified * * This procedure only applies to:

• SureSmile Ortho: Full-Service Aligner Staging cases • SureSmile Advanced: Aligner cases (full-service) • SureSmile Aligner: all cases

This procedure does not apply to DIY aligner cases. After reviewing the staged models, when you are satisfied, approve the staged models and order your aligners.

1. Open the Order tab and click Approve & Order Aligners.

2. The Choose your pricing option dialog box opens. Choose either the Complete Option or Select Option, then click OK. Note: The system only prompts you to choose the Select or Complete pricing option the first time you order aligners for a patient. This choice then applies to all future aligner orders for this patient.

3. If you are a SureSmile Advanced user and you chose the Complete Option, the Order Submitted

confirmation box opens. Click OK to close the box. All aligners are produced and shipped automatically, including attachment templates.

4. If you are a SureSmile Ortho or a SureSmile Aligner pre-pay practice and you choose the

Complete Option, the Select Payment dialog box opens. Go to step 6.

5. If you chose the Select option, the patient’s aligners are indicated. All aligners are pre-selected and the Next button is enabled. Click to unselect any aligners you do not wish to order at this time. Click Next to submit your order.

6. The Select Payment Method dialog box opens. Use the default credit card shown, select another from the list, or add a new card. When ready click Place Order.

7. An Order Submitted confirmation box opens. Click OK to close.
