Oil DrainingDrained from different lowest
points of the system at 80 degree Celsius such as draining points of radiators , header and coil.
Initial draining was done with the help of gravity.
The residual oil was drained out with the help of air compressor.
Whole process was carried out at a temperature range of 50-80 degree Celsius
Entire drained oil was collected in a tank from barrels

Water Flushing In first stroke of water flushing we took
out the remaining oil which was not drained through air compressor
We have collected the oil which came in first stroke of water flushing through the coil
Approx 10000 liters of old thermic fluid was drained and collected
Batch flushing was done twice which was drained into the pond
Water flushing and draining process carried till water appearance was clear

Chemical Circulation As Hitech Clean 205 is highly
concentrated so we guided the workers to perform the filling with precautions like using safety gloves ,face masks and goggles
Hitech Clean 205 was mixed with water in proper proportion and was filled in the system through overflow tank with the help of a circulating pump
We checked out all the draining points of the system to ensure that all the parts of the system were filled with the chemical.
While filling we opened all the air vents of the system to ensure that air should not be there in the systemwww.hitechsolution.co.in

After the completion of 12 hours of circulation , about half of the chemical solution was drained out from the system.
Hitech clean 206 was added into the system and the process of filling was same as hitech clean 205.
It was also circulated continuously for 12 hours in the system at the same temperature.

We did three batch flushing , after that we started continuous flushing till ph level of drained water was neutral and clean.

Checking Of Cleaning EfficiencyWe checked the inner surface of the pipelines which was
dismantled from the system for some changes in the designWe have checked the strainer to find out the carbon content
in it and compared its condition before cleaning.

Water Removal
We opened all the drain points and flushed it out from the system to make it empty
Air compressor was used to take out remaining water
Air compressor was not enough to take out the water from the convective coil , so we heated the convective coil more than 100 degree celsius and the air supply was also given with the help of air compressor

New Oil FillingHitech Therm 60 was filled into the system
through expansion tank with the help of gear pump
While filling all the air vents were kept open System got full pressure in 69 barrels so we
stopped filling the system but the level was zero in expansion tank
We left the system for half an hour to ensure that water will get settled down to the lower point
From the lowest points of the system we have drained slowly to take out settled water
We started the circulation for half an hour , the pressure got reduced so we added one more barrel
Slowly we raised the temperature from 60 to 95 degree Celsius.

Moisture Removal Slowly we raised the temperature from 95
to 100 degree Celsius With the help of temperature gun we
checked different points of the system We waited for fifteen minutes to analyze
the effect of the raised temperature on the system
As soon as vibration on pressure gauge observed , we stopped raising the temperature , the steam was releasing from the air vent and overflow pipe
The level of expansion tank was around 10% at 105 degree Celsius
As we observed that steam stopped coming out of the air vent we again started raising the temperature slowly , this process went on until we filled five barrels more

Temperature RaisingAs we observed that no
steam was coming out from the system so we started raising the temperature in increments of 5 degree Celsius
We kept on repeating the same process continuously to raise the temperature as soon as steam was removed
At last we raised the temperature upto 280 degree Celsius
Thus the cleaning process was complete in all respects and the plant was handed over to our client.
