Thermoflex Plus® is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with a matt, reflection free surface, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I.

Thermoflex Plus® is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, uncoated polyester, polyester/cotton blends, polyester/acrylic blends, linen and wool. NOT suitable for transfer onto Nylon. Thermoflex Plus® can be used for lettering on t-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles.

We recommend using a standard 45° blade when cutting. After weeding, the cut film is then transferred by heat press. The PET liner should be removed warm - except for ATFP403 light blue and Neons - where the liner should be removed lukewarm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 seconds with the same parameters.

The soft, elastic transfer film offers a comfortable textile touch and high wearing comfort. Thermoflex Plus® excels due to an excellent opacity. Thermoflex Plus® has a self-adhesive PET liner which enables repositioning. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I).

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of Thermoflex Plus® is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.

With the exception of Light Blue, Neons and Metallics, the Thermoflex Plus® series can be pressed/layered on top of each other.

Polyester textiles (e.g. football shirts, soft shell jackets) are coloured with special dye. During the thermal transfer the colour particles are activated and could seep through the Thermoflex Plus® material. Therefore we recommend using Blockout Soft instead of Thermoflex Plus®.

Due to the various influences which occur from production and transfer of plotter lettering, consistency of the carrier materials and also washing and cleaning conditions, product liability can only cover the unprocessed material.

Peel Warm except for Light Blue ATFP403 and Neons - peel lukewarm

Wash warm (max 80°C) inside out. Tumble Dry normal. Suitable for Dry Cleaning.

Can be layered except for metallic and neon colours & Light Blue

Iron inside out. Do not iron directly onto transfers.

Suitable for cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.
