1. Treatment theory Capacitance Thermage system is the high-tech beauty equipment, highly safe, lasting effect and non-invasive treatment. The collagen supporting skin tissue, especially the deep collagen and elastin gradually reduce and lost because of sun oxidation and air pollution etc. As the passage of time , elastic fibers and collagen fibers as supporting skin elasticity and tension is gradually reduced, the skin gradually mouth slack, the end of eye droop, the facial contours is not obvious. It shows that the characteristics of skin aging. Capacitance Thermage body sculpting is of intelligent epidermal cooling system. 1. Security introduction Capacitance Thermage system (20MHz) is a high-tech medical equipment with safety and reliability, mainly for removing surplus fat, body contouring, skin tightening, wrinkle removal and skin rejuvenation. For using the machine safely, operators and assistants must know the security notice in this chapter. Most important, it’s the safest design for both treatments all are as following: 1. Automatically inspection system after turning on the machine 2. Independent electro circuit, automatically stop working when electric leakage 3. The red emergency stop switch facilitates your urgency 4. Key switch to prevent any person free to open the device

【Warning】

The improper operation may causes injury. It will generate high pressure during operation; the operator should be vigilant and operate in accordance with this manual to take the necessary protective measures. Patients： The Safety of patients mainly relies on well-trained physicians as well as the layout

of the appropriate treatment room. Cultural quality of life of patients is also very important; they should understand the principles of treatment. Patients should be protected effectively when treatment.

【MAIN ALARM】

For safe using, should carefully read the alarm notice: 1. Except the authorized mechanic, any others have no right to examine and repair this

structure; especially inner structure inside of machine that including power supply control block, cooling system, and adjustment of probes etc.

2. Make sure whether the voltage of the system is accordant with your resident voltage or not.(220V/110V AC)

3. Maintenance must be done after turning off the machine and drawing out the electrical source line. Or it’s most possible to hurt people and damage the equipment.

4. keep the treatment head/probe clean, avoid any dirty thing absorbed to internal machine 5. Don’t turn on machine in case of water leakage anywhere. Or must cut down power supply

immediately.

6. Take using of the ground patch for each treatment, and keep it close touch skin without any space during the whole treatment. (note: we adopt the medical rubber material outside the ground patch, which can offer a more comfortable treatment and no need to use the gel at all.)

2. Installation and Operation instruction Placement of device: place the machine on level ground, make sure the treatment room is clean and it is about 22~28℃ and humidity more than 20%. Input water:

A. water source: distilled water or pure water ; B. screw off the caps for “water inlet” and “water overflow” at the same time plug water pipe

& funnel to “water inlet” spill from “water spilt” automatically means enough water input.

Step 1: Switch off both caps for water inlet and Water overflow at the same time Step 2: connect tools for water input till water spilt from water overflow automatically.

Attention: Do not tighten the caps for water inlet and water overflow till good water circulations (means probe turns to cold). Install of handpiece:

Afterwards connect the power line and foot pedal in turn. After all above installation, please insert keys and turn right to turn on machine. The water circulation system works at the same time, the treatment probe will turn to cold 3 minutes later if good water circulations.

3. Operation instruction notice Thermage system can be used in hospital or beauty salon. attentions in stallation is very important: ◆ Open package, place machine on flat ground. We suggest that place machine in a fix place. ◆ Check up machine and accessories, make sure no damage, no loss ◆ Make sure good condition of power supply, including the ground wire ◆ Good condition of all accessories ◆ Take care water away from the power socket ◆ Function test

2. Attentions a. It’s necessary and important to use the ground patch during the whole treatment. Please

keep it close touch skin and avoid some special parts of body, such as heart. (it’s not allowed to keep people’s heart, treatment probe and ground patch in one line, avoid any potential risk to people’s heart. It’s no need to spread cooling gel on ground patch, keep it touch skin directly but close please)

b. Keep probe vertical & close touch skin during the whole treatment c. If move probe away from skin, please release foot pedal firstly (generally step pedal

continuously in treatment). If stop treatment, please release foot pedal firstly also. d. Before start the treatment, please adjust parameters and put probe on treatment area

vertically and closely; and then touch “ready’ and continuously step pedal. e. After treatment, please keep probes clean.

1. Normal troubleshooting

SOLUTION No power in the

machine

A. Check the emergency button, keep it bounced up in working; or power off to machine

B. Check up the power supply control switch at the rear panel. Press the side of “I” downwards, means power on

C. check the power line broken or not, and whether there is short circuit

D. check the fuse good or not E. check the external power supply system

Machine stop working immediately

A. high pressure interfere, check up whether high-power electrical around or not

B. the software out of control, should replace the microchip or replace the controller

Nothing feeling of energy

A. check up whether treatment probe close touch skin or not B. check up whether counter works normally or not C. check up whether good connection of probe

2. Daily maintenance a. Keep machine away from sun exposure b. Cover treatment probes and mainframe after treatments, avoiding dust cover. It’s very
