Knight muttered under her breath. Sure, she loved it how shecould just set up a makeshift camp out in the feilds, but plainshad more wind than many other climates, due to their lack of

anything to hinder it. And he tent had been made a little weak,as it was simply some large sticks and some cheap but heavycloth she'd gotten in town.So obviously, she had returned to her current 'home' afterexploring surroundings all day and finding odds-and-endshelpful jobs that she could pick up a bit of cash to get what shecouldn't find for free, only to find that the cloth had been blownoff her tent. Lucily it just fell and was draped protectively overwhat belongings she kept in there because they wouldn't fit inher purse. One of the thin, long logs she had gotten to hold itall up seemed to have fallen over from the force of the heavycloth collapsing on it. Half a foot at the end burried in grassroots and dirt, and surrounded with head-sized rocks wherethey shown above ground, she had used the skills she'd learnedfrom building forts with cousins to make sure those logs werehard to knock down. But that also ment they were a pain tostand up. The hole she'd dug in the ground to stand that one upwas now widened by the angle of the falling wood, and the dirtdidn't just fall back in place, held back by the grass roots. Andthe grass roots defiantly didn't fall back in place. She'd have todig some out elsewhere and stuff them into where they hadbeen moved aside to keep the log standing. The girl sighed and dropped the metal stakes she had gotten tohold down the tent by where she had dropped her purse. Galileiwas perched ontop of the fake-leather bag, leaning over toobserve the patterns of the bugs traveling in the shortenedgrass. "I've heard that some bugs communicate by the way they

walk." She told him, "'Cept that might've only been bees, andYou are quite unlikely to find many of those by looking downthere. If any truely live on Planet."The faedragon looked at her for a short instant, not reallyknowing what she was talking about. He seemed to know it wasrelevant, but turned back to his obeservations. The smalldragon was doubtlessly an interesting companion for the quicklybored girl. And he wasn't much help when it came to thingssuch as rebuilding the tent. She turned away from him andproceded to dig up grass roots and dirt to fill in the extra spacein the hole, before righting the log. Atleast getting those tentstakes would make this task alot less common of a practice.((Cyn'll havta post when she can. Don't know when she's gonnabe on again :/))

Walking calmly against the wind and looking for something that

might help him get off and/or discover something about thisstrange world, The Keeper walked on the perimeter of the field,

taking in his surroundings as he went. It was only a short timeof walking until he saw a small, primitive structure in the field

and a girl wandering about to fix it. He laughed inwardly as hewatched. Is she making a child's play-tent or is she honestly

thinking that an unstable structure made of sticks and cloth canshield her from the elements? He wondered. Maybe I should go

help her... Or maybe I should just watch her fail at makingshelter. He laughed, but she somehow reminded him of someone

he once knew long ago, maybe when he lived on Galiphrae orwere they a saiyan on planet Vegeta, he couldn't quite

remember, but this girls attitude made him think of the past.In his rememberance he almost forgot to ignore the cold of the

wind blowing on him from what he at least thought was theplanet's East. He wondered if he could use his key to bring his

TARDIS to him on this planet, or if, despite all his repairs hecould still not do anything with it, even to help this girl. He

decided not to risk further damaging it. Still he wondered whothis girl reminded him of. Despite how he normally treated this

kind of situation, he found that he could not get this questionout of his head. He also found himself approaching her.

He felt the tall grass hitting his legs with ever step that he tookas he walked nearer the girl. He wondered how intimidating he

must look to her in his puple SOLDIER uniformand silver helmcompletely covering his eyes as he came nearer in his average,

professional-looking stride. If she screamed, even a bit, hewould laugh, and rather hard at that. He wondered how she

would react seeing a strange man walking toward her in thissort of a fasion. Especially with a sword on his back.

One, two, three, four. Two, two, three four. Around and around abody made of leaves waltzed with a ragdoll of an upright Epolos.

Huh? From out of the forest, drenched from a near-drowning inthe river, and sandy from a romp on the beach the creature

made of discarded vegetation made its way to stir up some dust

on the plains. Following it was an ghostly orchestra, playingclassics such as Bach, Vivaldi, and Mozart.

Then he encountered other beings. Stopping, its leafy facestared around, before splitting into a grin. Then its body split

into two; one was decidedly masculine, the other decidedlyfeminine. Certain twigs and bits of plains grass were helped to

flesh out such an outline, faces being more easily recognizablenow. Each of the PIF's puppets of mass destruction grabbed a

partner of the opposite sex, whirling them around incomplicated manuevers, and never letting thme stumble.

Should one of them stumble, they'd get a sharp twig in the ribs,

or the cheek, or the armpit. Lucky for them, a strong breeze

came through and was the destruction of the leave-people,sending them whirling around into small flurries, before settlingdown. The ghostly instruments fell with a crash; the inner

workings of the cello revealed a Future-Sight Mirror left forKnight, as it did sort of crack open on her foot.

From the ragdoll Epolos came a pitiful mewl and a Terror

Wyvern emerged, just looking for someone to terrorize, nowthat the crazy entity had released her. Glaring around at the two

humanoids, she hissed, flaring her miniature wings. She

couldn't be very old, with her dimunitive size--either that, orshe was the runt of the litter. Either way, she was, now, semeingly focusing on Keeper... with murder in her eyes.

It was Senta who alerted Knight of The Keeper's presence.

The small, young tzingane had been unnoticed till this point.Knight had been wondering where she dissappeared to, butwasn't worried anything would happen to her. Turned out she

was just far enough out of the way to be unseen in the tallgrass that surrounded the spot Knight had mostly cleared. The

tent had fallen over on top of her while she slept, waking herwith surprise. Yet after realising she was too light and small to

really fix it, she moved into the tallo grass to be protected fromthe wind as she waited for her bonded to come, yet she had

gotten bored with the time it was taken, and fallen back asleep. It was broad daylight after all. Not her time of activity. Actually,

it was odd to see the humanoid so wide awake at such a time, but good that she was trying to fix the tent.

The Tzingane had just awoken to find that Knight and Galilei hadreturned and went to see if there was anything she could do to

help with the tent. However, she saw a stranger first. "Shewonders why someone is taking a walk so far out in the feilds."

she asked her self aloud, half hoping Knight would have ananswer.

The humanoid looked to the fox, surprized, than followedSenta's gaze till her eyes rested on the man as well.

He was a complete stranger, and no features of his face could befound through the mask that covered it.

But she didn't have much time to react or question the man.Another figure approached. Wait... One? Or Two? Well, what

ever it started as, it was two now. And she didn't allow her mindto grasp around that fast enough to react to being suddenly

swept up in some extravagant ballroom dance. At first she didn't know what was going on, managing to

stumble once or twice and regretting it. But she was graceful, and loved a good real dance like this, so before long she had

managed to find the rythem of the music they were dancing toand mostly keep up. It had been a while since she'd gotten to

dance. Last time it was with her Dad at the parent-child night ofcotillion lessions. Those classes were one of those things you

loathed when you had them and missed when you didn't. A largegrin adorned her face. This girl was not simple to torture. There

was something slightly likable in almostanything. But suddenly the wind started to pick up again, and the leaves

floated to the ground. The girl collapsed, grin turning intochildish giggling and laughter.

She looked down as something hit her foot. A cello? One of herfriends played that for a month or so, so she could recognise it

admist her inablity to tell one instrument from the other (except

the drums, which she could play). A bass guitar was differentfrom a normal guitar? No way! But this was defiantly a cello.

She knew that much. And it was broken. Something was shiningfrom inside. A mirror? Something wasn't quite normal about it...

Maybe she'd have to ask around to figure out what it was. She'dput it with the rest of her inventory in her tent and it would be

    of use later, perhaps.

There was no time for her to move and do this, however. Theplushie was ripped open from the inside, revealing a smalldragon-like creature. If it didn't look like it was about to eat the

stranger, she would've found it's size adorable. But it didn't lookall that happy, and was thus not adorable. What to do, what to

do? She didn't even know the guy, but she couldn't let him bekilled by an over-grown lizard. Golden rule. Would she want a

stranger to let that thing eat her? But there wasn't much thatcould be done. What? Pick up a twig from the leaf-person who

had fallen and jab the beast with it? That would just enrage itand make it attack her. The man had its attention. And he

looked armed. He would be able to fend it off, atleast untill shecould help.

Slowly and quietly she turned over onto her hands and knees

and tried to sneak back to the tent. She'd have plenty in therethat could be weopens. Or atleast 'please don't eat us, take thisinstead' bait.

Run-ning run-ning run-ning run-ning. Cynder's callused barefeet padded out a swift rhythm over the dirt and grass flattened

by the wind. Twigs and small pebbles dug into her feet, but sheignored the tiny twinges of pain. Running outside was no fun if

you wore shoes. And anyway, it didn't hurt that much. Shedidn't even feel exhausted. It gave her a rush, if anything. It

cleared her head of all the confusion and stress she had feltlately, since being pulled into this strange new place. It had

taken her an entire week to almost get used to the Weyrd, andstill she couldn't get used to the fact that this was her home

now, and the home she had known was unreachable. It was hardto think about. There were so many things she missed. But

rather than think about it, she preferred this. The mindless taskof placing one clawed foot in front of the other in quick

succession, wind blowing her hair behind her shoulders, wingsfolded tightly at her back and tail streaming out behind her.

    Run-ning run-ning run--ning?

She came to a sudden halt, earth spraying the denim capris she

was wearing. Is that...a dragon? If it was, it was a small one.Absolutely minuscule compared to how she imagined them when

she read all those fantasy books. Its wings were pathetic-looking next to her fourteen-plus foot wingspan. She spread

them unconsciously as she was thinking this, the sun shiningthrough the slightly translucent orange-red material.

And was that another humanoid? A toothy grin split her tan face

as she sped towards him. She was in a personable mood, andshe wanted someone to talk to. She'd been too antisocial for

days. "Hey!", she called out to the figure, happily. Hopefully

he'd be friendly (for the figure was definitely masculine). Sheneeded a friend right now.

    Oh wait.

    She'd forgotten about the dragon.

The grin slid off her face as quickly as it had come. The dragonwas glaring in a hostile way at the figure she'd approached. Itwas already angry, and she may have just succeeded in

    diverting it's anger onto her.

    Wonderful.

As he approached the girl to help with her tent, he had beenattacked by leaves and twigs and spun around in a random andunseemly fashion that he didn't recognize from any of theplanets he had previously visited. To his relief, however, a windpicked up and blew the leaves and twigs away from him and lefthim with bruised and quite possibly bloodied ribs. As soon asthey were down he quickly thrust his sword off of its magneticholster and into the grond where most of the leaves had landed,

yelling at them to "Stay down!" That was when he had noticedthe dragon. He held his soward up and prepared for it to take the feeling ithad seriously enough to attack. Then he heard a girl scream athim from aways away. What is it with this planet, he thought, first a dragon and now a distraction from the situation, whichwill probobly become a battle soon, what next? Oh, and I forgotthe leaves that tried to dance with me in an unrythmic fashion. They could have at least used a Time Lord dance that I couldhave actually danced to...He went on complaining like this for a bit, but his eyes stayeddirectly fixed on the dragon's. If he shifted his gaze even for amoment, it would attack then and defeat him easily. not easily,

on second thought... probobly not even defeat him... He was ahalf-saiyan with mako energy coursing through his vains... Whocould know?

The Wyvern, with her sudden amount of company, let out a

was fascinated. Chirruping in a much nicer way, she steppedforth with another pleasant chirp. Before he knew it, she was

The warnings of bright yellow and black, and a ll the toxicshades in between, stripe across her body and give her the look

of a sleek, dangerous wasp. Even her tail has a silvery sheen, mostly black with only a bit of yellow, that makes one imagine it

has the same sharp, stinging qualities as any bee would.Whirling yellow-black eyes are unnerving when they glare your

way, despite the fact that hse really doesn't mean it. She'sabout as harmless as a little bumblebee!

Really, she is. For the most part, she is a total sweetheart, buthas a nasty reputation simpyl for being a Wyvern, and for thefact that she feels she must uphold that legacy. She can't be

seen as a stupid little weakling, now can she? Nope. So she hasa thick hide to what people do and say, but will never be much

of a physical fighter. Intimidating and a slight bully? Definitely. At the end of the day, however, all she'll want is some cuddling

    and love.

Knight had made it a short ways towards her tent, dragging themirror so she wouldn't forget it out in the grass. But she

stopped in her tracks when she heard the terrible howl thecreature gave off. The sound seemed to be a reaction tosomeone calling. Knight stood tense, ready to move if she wasattacked, either fight or flight. Her tail bristled, and herunderused wings spread slightly for if a sudden take off wasneeded. The sound she heard from the creature next gave nofear of attack, however. It was a harmless, light sound for sucha beast.Curious, the girl turned her head to see what was going on.The creature was looking curiously at the stranger man and hissword. What was so amazing about that blade? It wasn't even along sword. If Knight had a sword, it would be a long sword. The dragon could now be called adourable. There no longerseemed an immidate threat from the small thing, and it's bright

colors and curious expression deifiantly made the girl want topet it like a little puppy dog. Then again, she was the kind tosee a mountain lion and be all 'oh, its so cute I wanna pet it!'

and then she would've gotten her hand bitten off if she tried.Standing up, she took in her surroundings. The one who had

called out was a girl, probably about her own age. In fact, therewas something about her that looked familiar. Who...?
