In Icelab, you will find a special climate - one found neither on earth nor in space. You can remain at -110°C from one to three minutes. This is possible because at this temperature the air no longer contains moisture and there are no air currents. You do not perceive the cold to be as extreme as it is. The two antechambers through which you pass without stopping stabilize the temperature and prevent the formation of heavy fog in the main chamber.

Spending time in the Icelab is a unique experience, surprising you with the spontaneous surge of well-being that is created. The positive effects of the Icelab climate on health and performance have been the subject of numerous scientific studies and have been fully documented over the past 20 years. The technology for the procedure was developed in Germany during this period.

The Icelab has been used for recovery of performance, particularly in athletes exposed to high muscular loads through power exercises. In such cases it is generally used in the recovery stage after exercise. On a sports floor field of 50m² 12 sensor fields are embedded, connected and steered by highly sophisticated software. Countless variations of fundamental-, motion-, explosiveness- and reactive speed, acceleration and agility, power, and injury prevention can be created by the coach and get visualized on a large screen for the athlete.

Who can train on a SpeedCourt? The SpeedCourt is being used by professional and recreational teams and individual sports like football, handball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, tennis, badminton, etc. But also athletes from track and field, boxing or other martial arts, even motorsports drivers can be tested and improved in their reaction, explosiveness, acceleration and multiple cognitive skills. Gloria Golf Academy offers individual, group and junior teaching programs. Our Driving Range consists of four Putting Greens, including an 18 hole putting course covering a total area of over 3000 m2.

Our practice areas, consists of a two-tier covered range with 48 bays and grass tee areas for 60 players. The practice area holds the distinguished title as the largest and the most well-equipped Golf Academy practice area in Turkey.Whether your stay is one of pleasure or business, we encourage you to take some time to enjoy the advantage of our outstanding golf facilities.

GLORIA GOLF ACADEMY AT A GLANCE:Instructors provide the range balls, golf equipment, video analyses and all other materials.

Guests who take at least 8 hours lessons are issued a “Gloria Golf Club Certificate”.

Booking Cancellation: In case of a booking cancellation, 12 hours before the lesson, 50 percent of the lesson cost will be charged.

Appropriate golf dress standards apply at all times.
