Logistics

Trip cost: $1600 - $1900• Included:

– 5 Star Hotel accommodation– Domestic flight (Bombay-Jaipur)– Ground transportation– Most meals– Some cultural activities including guides, tips, etc.

• Not included:– Shopping and other personal expenses– Night clubs – Visa (if applicable) – International airfare (approx. from New York) – $1,200 - $1,600

Total number of student participants (including organizers): 40• Only full-time MBA students (no significant others)• Students with holds on their accounts will not be able to participate• Students must attend the entire tour and all company visits are mandatory• Sign up is through a Dutch auction bidding process: chazentours.gsb.columbia.edu

Bidding

• Dates: Tuesday, September 15, 10am – Monday, September 21, 4pm

• Notifications will be sent out Thursday, September 22

• Successful bidders will have 48 hours to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure

their spot

• Unsuccessful bidders will be placed on a waitlist (based on bid amount - highest to lowest).

If a students gets a spot on the tour, he will be charged this bid amount.

• No swapping is allowed
