School Year

From each of the eight districtsserved by CVCC

The total combined enrollment in our eight associate districts has declined for the past five years. Enrollment decreases can be attributed to a number of fac-tors, such as a general shift in population. This change has a direct impact on the enrollment at the Career Center, which has also experienced a slight decline

in enrollment. However, it is noteworthy that the collective market share of available students coming from our associate districts is on the upswing, as can be seen from the line graph (below). For more information, contact CVCC’s Executive Director Joseph Dannemiller at 440.526.5200.

A day in the life of CVCC 2012-13: Left to right: Photo 1-The ever-popular college night is held each fall with attendance by guests and colleges increasing every year. High school students from our eight school districts–they don’t need to attend CVCC–are all invited. Photo 2-Olena and Ryan Derekh, a brother and sister, are shown with their very proud family. Olena and Ryan are 2013 graduates chosen Outstanding Students in their individual programs of study. Ryan is also a two-time CVCC national competitor. Photo 3-EMT Adult Education instructor Mark Daily congratulates one of his students on her successful completion of the EMT program. Photo 4-CVCC instructor and Wind Senator Irene Ward offers junior high students some pointers during the first-ever Ohio Wind Energy Competition sponsored by KidWind and held at CVCC in March.
