::: Unique Density & Concentration Meters

The Xsample Series

Filling and Rinsing Units for Generation M Density and Concentration Meters

Efficient Work with Generation M Instruments:Xsample ‘Plug and Play’

The Xsamples 22, 122, 52, 352, 452, 352 H and 452 H have been designed especially for the sample handling of Generation M master instruments and their broad range of applications. The Xsample filling and rinsing units easily manage the multitude of samples analyzed by Generation M master instruments – with simple ‘Plug and Play’ operation.

Up to 96 Samples Automatically: Xsample 122The Xsample 122 sample changer automatically fills samples from up to 96 sample vials into the Generation M master instruments via a peristaltic pump. In a single cycle the instrument independently performs several filling and measuring procedures in combination with Generation M instruments. Optional bar code reader for automatic sample scanning (up to 48 samples) available (Laser Class II).

Recommended for: aqueous, non-corrosive samples of low viscosity | samples that do not require intermediate cleaning | alcoholic beverages | soft drinks and syrup | aggressive samples in combination with resistant hoses retrofit kit

Everything and More:Xsample 452The Xsample 452 fully automatic sample changer is the most powerful filling system in the Generation M Xsample series. Depending on the magazine, it fills 24 to 96 samples – including highly viscous samples or samples with volatile components – into the measuring cell(s). After the measurement a fully automatic cleaning is performed. The sample changer with magazine is easy to use – no extensive training is required – and offers efficient solutions without taking up much space in the laboratory. Optional bar code reader for automatic sample scanning available (Laser Class II).

Recommended for: petrochemistry | flavors and fragrances | chemical industry | pharmaceutical industry | alcoholic beverages | food industry

Hot, Quick, Highly Viscous - up to 44 Samples:

Xsample 452 HThe electrically heated magazine heats highly viscous samples up to 80 °C and fills them into the DMA 4100/4500/5000 M master instrument. After the measurement the heated sample changer recovers the sample and cleans the system fully automatically. For the user this means easy sample handling because the magazine, needle, sensors and hoses are electrically preheated to the set temperature.

Recommended for: petrochemical samples | flavors and fragrances | food industry

Single Heated Samples in a Short Time:

Xsample 352 HThe Xsample 352 H heated filling and rinsing unit is used to heat and precisely fill highly viscous single samples in the petrochemical and food industries. The filling and rinsing unit saves the user time and makes sample handling safe and easy. The heated samples flow quicker, and the user does not need to handle hot syringes.

Recommended for: petrochemical samples | flavors and fragrances | food industry

For the Highly Viscous and Valuable:

Xsample 352Xsample 352 is your best option for the precise filling of highly viscous petrochemical samples or highly volatile samples like alcoholic solutions into the measuring cells, as well as for sample recovery, e.g. of expensive or problematic sample matter. The filling and rinsing system achieves an optimal cleaning performance at minimum use of cleaning liquids.

Recommended for:petrochemistry | flavors and fragrances | chemical industry | pharmaceutical industry | alcoholic beverages | food industry

Strong with Aggressive Samples:

Xsample 52The Xsample 52 sample handling unit is highly resistant to aggressive samples and nearly maintenance-free. It is perfectly suitable for measuring samples with widely different properties in direct succession: After the measurement the sample is removed, then the system is automatically cleaned with up to two rinsing agents.

Recommended for:petrochemical samples | flavors and fragrances | alcoholic beverages | chemicals | pharmaceuticals

Easy Sample Handling:

Xsample 22The versatile Xsample 22 sample filling unit saves space and is easy to use. High measuring repeatability is guaranteed. At the press of a button Xsample 22 fills the sample into the density meters with a peristaltic pump.

Recommended for: aqueous, non-corrosive samples of low viscosity | samples that do not require intermediate cleaning | alcoholic beverages | soft drinks and syrup | aggressive samples in combination with resistant hoses retrofit kit
