LocationThe property is situated on Keyhaven Road close to the centre of Milford on Sea. Milford on Sea is an affluent coastal village close to Lymington on the edge of the New Forest and shores of the Solent. The immediate area is mixed with the centre of Milford on Sea 200m the west and comprising of Retail and Leisure. Residential housing is positioned opposite the site with some light industrial also adjacent.
