The Living Room

Rose’s bedroom.

Page 12: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

And there’s the car, it kinda reminds me of my dad’s Ford Anglia. I guess that’s why I bought it.

Page 13: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Guess who volunteered to run a test drive. Yup, hugo. He learned to drive faster than me, I found it hard memorizing all those buttons. Muggles really have it hard. They can’t ride on brooms, they can’t travel through a floonetwork and they can’t apparate. How sad is that. Wait I just realized something, technically I am a muggle now. Oh man...

Page 14: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo grew more and more passionate towards art. He wanted to try to paint a portrait of a real person, so I volunteered.

Page 15: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

He did a great job on it too. I mean no matter how you look at it, it’s a perfect replica of me.

Page 16: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo, wished to own a guitar, I told him that I’d buy him one. But I think he knew, that we don’t have that much money. So he, opted to get a job at the record store. Hermione didn’t agree at first, she didn’t want his grades to suffer.

Page 17: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo assured her that he can handle it. I backed him up. Hermione didn’t talk to me after that. Not until hugo came home with his grades, and showed her mother that he is still an A straight student. Though I think he did a lot of all nighters to achieve that. I’m a proud dad.

Page 18: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

He also is getting popular at our neighborhood. I advised him, to not let fame get into his head. He agreed, he answered that he just wanted a lot of friends.

Page 19: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Anyway, the next day, Hermione and I, both got promoted. I am now part of the swat team, while Hermione got promoted to be a guest lecturer at the university. Thanks to that, we could now afford to go to a camping trip. Hermione had been wanting to learn more about this world. So this is a perfect oppurtunity for that. Hugo searched for a camping site, and found that they’ve got a lot of that in three lakes.

Page 20: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

So for the weekend we went on a camping trip at axewood campground in Three Lakes. We chose that cause it’s free.

Page 21: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

First thing we did, was go on a Logging expedition. It cost us about 400 simoleons.

Page 22: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

That afternoon we bought new clothes. I told them to chose clothes that would make them feel comfortable here. I was the only one to embrace the local’s fashion.

Page 23: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

I then tried axe throwing. It was a lot of fun, but it does stress out you arms.

Page 24: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo tried fishing, it took him hours to catch one fish. Lucky he’s not like me, I don’t have that much patience.

Page 25: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

The mother and daughter, on the other hand. Were happy just chatting as they watch the fish swim around the lake.

Page 26: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

That night, we gathered round the campfire and I shared them all my adventures with hermioneand our bestfriend harry at hogwarts. They listened intently. Rose wished she could go to hogwarts, while hugo asked more about harry and voldemort. I did tell him more about harry, but I didn’t want to talk about voldemort. Not when Rose is listening, I didn’t want her to hear the horrors he’d done.

Page 27: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo and Rose got tired, and headed to their tent. I saw them chatting though, I wonder what they were talking about.

Page 28: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hermione and I, also headed to our tent, we didn’t sleep though, at least not right away.

Page 29: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

I didn’t realise that someone was still up at that hour. But we couldn’t just stop, you know...

Page 30: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

The next morning, we went on a Nature trail. It was scary though, we had a bear encounter, it didn’t hurt us, but it took all our food, so we came back pretty hungry.

Page 31: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

We hurried to eat after that.

Page 32: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

We toured the town for the rest of the day. We even bought some souvenirs.

Page 33: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

For the evening, we roasted some marshmallows. Then we went straight to sleep.

Page 34: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

The next day, we went on a bird watching. It was fun, the birds were beautiful.

Page 35: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Rose spent the rest of the day playing.

Page 36: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

While hugo spent it with a girl he met. Too bad though, as it was our last day.

Page 37: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

So, that night we headed home..What a fun experience. Muggle life sure is interesting.

Page 38: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Back home, life was back to normal. There’s work, school, homeworks, and lot’s of skilling to do.

Page 39: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Rose, like me, is also great at chess. She even have beaten me. Thank God, she inherited something from me.

Page 40: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hugo, continued to go to work, soon he had enough money to buy a guitar.

Page 41: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Soon, hugo thought about going to college. So, he applied for a scholarship. He got three of ‘em, Bui Engineering Award, Quigley Visual Arts Grant and SimCity Scholar's Grant. We are so proud of him.

Page 42: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Before he went to college, we had another wizard talk, we told him about our circumstances here. He seemed to understand. But I think he’s as hopeless as we are of ever going back to earth. We reminded him to keep a journal too. It’s important, as someday maybe someone of our kind would step foot here. Then they’d be able to know our story.

Page 43: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

The next day, Hugo left for college.

Page 44: The Weasley Legacy|Chapter 3

Hermione hugged me tight after he left. Which reminds me, I still need to console my wife. Till here.
