Dear Residents,

It was by voter’s choice that The Resident Association President for the 2020 year, is Richard Kennon and Vice Presidents Louise Galvin.

We will resume with several projects including: resurfacing the pool, repairing the walls on the 15 stack, replacing the salt and pepper shaker’s, along with additional potholes repairs in our parking lot outside.

The suggestion for an Artwork Committee has been brought up. We appreciate your ideas and encourage you to submit them.

I would also like to thank everyone for your kindness and sup-port as we continue to honor the memory of our dear friend Ed Dippel.

We hope everyone enjoyed the food at the New Year’s Day Buffet.

February 19th at 4:30pm is our VIP dinner, for people with birthdays or anniversaries this

month, which takes place in the private dining room. Please sign up in the mailroom if you

plan on attending. We will be serving a special dinner for Valentine’s Day and a Mardi Gras

Buffet on February 25th.

Thanks to everyone for their comments and suggestions. We read each one and work hard to
