Privacy and Disclosure Policy When you register for an event organized by The Vape Summit, LLC, you are asked to provide certain personal and business information (“Registrant Information”) including but not limited to your name, your company’s name, contact address, business address, telephone number, email address, position within your business, agent authorities, type of business you represent, number of employees your business employs, length of time your business has operated, existence of and volume of retail stores, types of sales conducted, e­commerce portals used, states and countries in which you do business, online traffic data, and revenues earned.  Provision of this Registrant Information is required to participate in any event organized by The Vape Summit, LLC.  The Vape Summit, LLC collects, gathers, and uses the Registrant Information provided by registrants for The Vape Summit (“Registrants”) for many different uses.  The Vape Summit, LLC may generally use any Registrant Information for any reason, including by not limited to the following: to provide Registrants with information about products or services, for market research, to facilitate Registrants’ attendance at and participation in any event, to improve products and services, to communicate with Registrants about a current or future event, and for any other reasonable business purpose as determined solely by The Vape Summit, LLC.  The Vape Summit, LLC also gives, sells, discloses, transmits, transfers, or otherwise shares Registrant Information with third parties, including but not limited to current and future sponsors of The Vape Summit, current and future sponsors of future events organized or conducted by or with The Vape Summit, LLC, potential business partners or financiers of The Vape Summit, LLC, businesses engaged in market research, potential or confirmed event vendors, potential or confirmed event suppliers, event facilities, and any other third party as deemed reasonable by The Vape Summit, LLC.  The Vape Summit, LLC may give, sell, disclose, transmit, transfer, or otherwise share Registrant Information with third parties for profit, or not for profit, at its sole discretion.  The Vape Summit, LLC may give, sell, disclose, transmit, transfer, or otherwise share Registrant Information for any reasonable use, within its sole discretion.  The Vape Summit, LLC may also share Registrant information with third parties such as courts, law enforcement, federal agencies, emergency health care providers, and other third parties for reasons unrelated to The Vape Summit, LLC’s business, and may do so by compulsion or voluntarily under court order or legal process, or for safety or other compelling reasons.  By registering for this event, the Registrant consents to the disclosure of any Registrant Information, as provided herein.  The Vape Summit, LLC is not responsible or liable for any use of Registrant information by any third party.  Registrant is not entitled to any compensation from The Vape Summit, LLC for use or sale of Registrant Information.  This consent, if given by Registrant, extends to any existing or later­formed parent company or subsidiary of The Vape Summit, LLC, and to any entity that The Vape Summit, LLC (or its parent or subsidiary) may later purchase, be purchased by, or merge with.  This consent also extends to any assignee of The Vape Summit, LLC.  Once consent hereunder has been given, it may only be withdrawn in writing to: The Vape Summit, LLC, Attn: Registration Privacy Policy.  At The Vape Summit, LLC’s sole discretion, a Registrant’s revocation of consent hereunder may result in an unreimbursed revocation of Registrant’s registration for participation in The Vape Summit.  A withdrawal of consent under this Privacy and Disclosure Policy may not be affected retroactively.  The Vape Summit, LLC may update, change, or modify this Privacy and Disclosure Policy at any time and without notice. If The Vape Summit, LLC makes substantial changes to this Privacy and Disclosure Policy, it will post the updated Privacy and Disclosure Policy on The Vape Summit’s website along with a notice on the Vape Summit’s homepage that the Privacy and Disclosure Policy has changed. It is therefore recommended that Registrants refer to the Privacy and Disclosure Policy regularly. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.  If you have any questions regarding this Privacy and Disclosure Policy, please contact: The Vape Summit, LLC, Attn: Registration Privacy Policy.
