V2L offers service solutions that best meet our client’s needs while equipping them and positioning them for the best success in achieving their project’s goals. For project success, this document identifies information needed to execute the project in a timely manner. This Team effort allows V2L to provide high quality with a quick turnaround. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND TURNAROUND:

GENERAL NOTES PROJECT PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND TURNAROUND Execution: The execution of any project and the start of work shall be the date upon which the Project Scope has been signed and/or invoice paid and all needed information has been submitted. Information details and payment are required prior to starting and completing any project. Payment method: The preferred payment method is Square Invoice. Once Deposit is received, V2L will begin the design phases of the project in adherence to the Project schedule. Cancellation: Projects are subject to cancellation if Client does not meet all requirements and obligations by established execution date. If extreme situations prevail, in which work cannot be completed by the Client provided deadline at the fault of V2L, services may be canceled and a refund may be requested. Refund Policy: V2L will exhaust all opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. Full Refunds are granted if either work has not been started or V2L will no longer be able to meet established obligations. Partial Refunds

are calculated based on monies paid minus (-) costs associated with time and effort already incurred since execution. If the deposit/payment(s) made does not cover the costs assessed, the Client will be invoiced for any outstanding balance owed to that point for services rendered.
