Purpose
• ObjectiveEvaluate the effects of mOasis gel on available soil
moisture in the root zone and by extension, investigate its influence on crop yield of processing tomatoes under regulated deficit irrigation.

Experimental Plot• The experimental trial will be run in a field site
east of the Center for Irrigation Technology main office. The size of the study area will be approximately 14,400 square feet and contain largely sandy loam soils. The field will be split into 150 square feet plots split evenly into control and treated areas. The varying plot configurations are detailed further in Figure 1
