Conclusion OCT
• Interesting technique offering guidance for endovascular treatment of complex lesions
• Its use can result in fairly high success-rate – obviously case dependant
• Early data are encouraging
• No comparative studies published
• Has not really found its place in daily practice

Ultrasound guided endovascular treatmentExperience in Copenhagen
• AV-fistula stenosis more or less ALL treated by USG endovascular therapy in our outpatient clinic since autumn 2017
• > 250 cases done
• Since 2019, 15 selected in-situ vein graft stenosis treated with USG
• Almost all done using L12-3, single linear array, just a few using XL14-3
• Will show examples with XL 14-3

Conclusion Endovascular treatment guided by 3D ultrasound
• New promising technique
• May be useful in
• Guiding arterial puncture – especially in severely diseased vessels
• Guiding passage of complex lesions
• Evaluating result post treatment
• No scientific data exits at present
• Designing study to prove the value …
