Exalted Ruler’s Message
H appy New Year eve-
ryone! It is hard to
believe in two
months a new Lodge year
will begin already.
I would like to take the
time to thank everyone for all
the great events we had dur-
ing the month of December.
Starting with our Annual Vet-
erans dinner on December
5th. Thank you to Caroline
Connors for chairing the
event. Additionally, to all the
volunteers who came out to
help. We couldn’t have done
it without you. We also had
some sponsors of the event
who provided donations: Don
& Del Cyr, ADR Security,
Tim & Laura Fournier, New
England Chrome Plating,
Glastonbury Oil, Gardiner’s
Market, and Katz Hardware.
On December 11th, we
held the Christmas Party for
Camp Sunrise, and I’d like to
thank all the members who
purchased gifts, which Santa
was able to give to the kids.
I’d like to thank Jory
Pagliughi for chairing the
event this year. I would like
to thank the Sikorski family,
Donna Walstedt, Jim Zocco,
and Carmine Esposito for
their donation to the event.
Jory, has a few words he’d
like to express. “Days like these
are precious. I am not only the
chair person for this event, but I
am happy for those people who
stepped up for this event. I consid-
er them all to be chair people. I
would like to thank the Sikorski
family for their very generous gift
to the event, and to the Town of
Glastonbury for the use of their
fire truck, and to Dave Thurz and
Bruce Motowidlak for taking the
time to bring it here, and the
Claus family. I’d like to end this
by saying having a happy,
healthy and safe holiday, and
God Bless you all!”
On December 4th the hall
was decorated for all these
events, along for the holiday
season, and I’d like to thank
all those members who came
out to make it a fun day!
On the 18th, we held our
Annual Member’s Christmas
party and had a smorgasbord
of food! Thank you to all the
members who came out and
celebrated with us, and to the
House Committee for provid-
ing plenty of liquid refresh-
ments at no charge!
Looking forward to the 20th
of this month, the House
