Your integrity to your learning is where it
all starts. !• Stay alert - If it’s hard to stay focussed, if you are drifting off or getting distracted, then
add into the training what’s missing for you. Ask some specific question or if its your energy levels, move a little more, feel free to stand up the back for a while, or eat a quick snack that you have packed. !
• Stay Hydrated - Due to the amount of learning you will experience, you will be using a lot of brain activity. It is highly recommend that an increase in water will help you concentrate and retain information, but NOT an increase in caffeine or sugar drinks. !
• Connect - It’s great to be with a community of people with commonality. Talk to everyone in the room, connect and network with others. Many valuable people come to our events and plenty of friendships are formed. !
• Participate - Play full out, commit to asking questions, doing the activities and sharing with the groups. The value you receive is directly proportional to the participation level you give. !

!!Negative ‘Nelly’ - If the judgment voice in your head appears, be aware of it, feel free to share it in appropriate sessions or with others, as this is one of the parts that could be holding you back. If you are suppressing that sharing, notice what you might have to believe in order to decide to suppress it. The truth is, when you share it’s actually better for everyone in the training, as other may feel the same way. !Ask Questions - If you are thinking it, then there’s a high chance other people are too. Asking question enhances the learns for everyone. !Open Mind - Consider when you step into the room that you have decided to be open to other learnings out in the world. As soon as we think ‘we know everything’ then we cut ourselves off from expansion and growth. You can decide later to keep what’s completely useful for you once gathering all information from the event. !Moving forward - Using your notes so they are easy for you to revisit. Here are some tips to help you... !Creating a WOW page, so when every you learn a significant point you log it on your WOW Page (back page of the manual). !Colour - Did you know colour is one of the fastest way for you to remember information and will aid you with memory recall. Try adding colour using highlighters to your pages when taking notes. !To do list - You will get many ideas throughout the event and creating an easy to access ‘to do list’ page, will help you implement things easily once you finish the seminar. !Implementation - is the key, start using the tools IMMEDIATELY.
