Hundreds of homeschoolers attend every year from all over the US and Canada! We hope the list for 2010 will include Y-O-U!

� What Do We Do?

We all enjoy time with our families and make new friends at the four parks of Walt Disney World, at our Disney onsite Resorts, and while enjoying restaurants and character meals! We have a great time. That’s what we do!

� When Is It? Events are from Sep. 6 through Sep. 11, but you can stay longer or arrive earlier. It’s up to you!

� Where Is It? At Walt Disney World near Orlando, Florida. You can fly or drive. Once you get to Orlando International Airport, all your ground transportation is included. Ask your agent for more information.

How Do I Book? Step One: Get a quote and select exactly what you want for your family!

Step Two: You’ll be assigned an agent to work you through those options available and make the best choice for your family.

Step Three: You put down $200 per room to hold that reservation (fully refundable until 45 days before you travel)

How much does it cost and what do you get? Is it really a good deal?

Here are calculations for an average stay during The Ultimate Field Trip 2010 in the list below.

We calculated 6 nights at your Disney onsite resort with 7 day base tickets, which get you into one of the four Disney theme parks per day: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Start with the price for your family configuration – add additional rooms as needed – and then add on any upgrades for a final price. You can always submit a quote at anytime and select the exact options you would like (like more or less days) at www.TheUltimateFieldTrip.com even if it’s just because you’re confused!

All prices include 6 days of planned educational events and giveaways! You do NOT need to add any upgrades to your package to enjoy your trip. It’s full of pixie dust already!

Comparing for a Family of 5

There is one time where the price of your package can

drop instead of go up, and that’s when you are a family of five staying in Port Orleans Riverside. There is a junior trundle bed located underneath one of the double beds…this allows five people (hopefully one child is small) to stay in one room, so your price drops. Since guests at moderate resorts get free Disney Dining Plan instead of the Quick Service Dining Plan, you don’t have to pay to upgrade your dining, if that’s what you would choose to do. When and What are the planned events?

The Annual Ultimate Field Trip Mega Meet on September 6 (Monday) Pick up your backpack with all your goodies, including your Class Schedule for each kid, telling you details

of ways to earn your “grades” and special prizes throughout the week! The Ultimate Field Trip Mega Meet will be held at The Polynesian Resort. Set sail to the resort from the Boat Launch at Magic Kingdom and join us on the beach for the Electric Water Pageant and then a unique beach-side view of Wishes! This is THE BEST place to start your Ultimate Field Trip! Meet the rest of the group, pick up some super

special goodies, and relax! You’re on vacation! *We’ve left this night as a come and go so those who wish to enjoy Magic

Kingdom’s SpectroMagic (night parade) you can! It’s the only opportunity we will have to see this special parade during the week of UFT!

In The Magic Kingdom on September 7 (Tuesday) History Comes Alive at the Magic Kingdom in Liberty Square! We’ll meet up in Liberty Square right

under the Liberty Tree. From there we can share a snack together at the Liberty Square Market, head into the Hall of Presidents, or take a ride on The Liberty Belle together. We’ll also be learning a few things

about Colonial History. Later that night we’ll meet for Wishes! *Evening Extra Magic Hours are not in The Magic

Kingdom tonight – they’re in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We chose Thursday, Sep. 9 for Hollywood Studios because that’s the only opportunity to see Fantasmic! this week. If you’re dying to do both, be sure and upgrade to the park hoppers.

In The Animal Kingdom on September 8 (Wednesday) Discover the ANIMALS at Animal Kingdom – We’ll be meeting at Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery just

next to The Tusker House where you can grab a cup of coffee or piece of fruit from the Harambe Fruit Market across the street, and pick up your Field Guide for The Animal Kingdom. We’ll start off down the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail encountering many magnificent animals form Africa. Afterwards you can hop aboard the Wildlife Express Train and head to Rafiki’s Planet Watch or line up for the

Kilimanjaro Safari – of course you can do it all! *This is the evening Animal Kingdom has Evening Extra Magic Hours.

In Disney’s Hollywood Studios on September 9 (Thursday) Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be host for our Art Day! Look for us inside the Magic of Disney

Animation building. We can begin with The Magic of Disney Animation 20-minute show, and then spend some creative time in The Sound Stage or several other hands-on areas. In the Animation Academy, an experienced animator will helps us learn how to draw one of Disney’s many classic characters – you may just find yourself getting in line again! This is usually a great place to find some special Disney Characters

for photo ops and autographs. *This is the only evening during UFT week for us all to experience Fantasmic!

In Epcot on September 10 (Friday) Together we’ll gallop the globe in Epcot! Our first stop will be in the United Kingdom near the Yorkshire

County Fish Shop – where we can enjoy a quick service or snack and hand out a little Geography Quest! Maybe we’ll even catch the sounds of The British Invasion! Later on we’ll enjoy Illuminations together. *This is the evening Epcot has Evening Extra Magic Hours!

And now it’s time to say goodbye to our UFT family…September 11 (Saturday) Our final event for UFT will be held at Chip 'n' Dale’s "Sing-a-Long" located at Fort Wilderness

Campground. Set sail from the Boat Launch at the Magic Kingdom and discover a different side of Disney! We’ll gather around the campfire, roast marshmallows, sing songs, take some last minute photos with new friends, and then enjoy a Disney movie in a theater under the stars!

You do NOT have to attend The Ultimate Field Trip Events to book your trip, but we know you’ll want to!
