Since 1989 we’ve been using our years of experience to organise and manage fantastic sporting events around the UK, as well as valuable opportunities for teams to play competitive fixtures abroad. Last season over 600 teams travelled with us to 15 UK events and destinations abroad from Belgium to Argentina!

As a team of passionate sports enthusiasts, our goal at Sports Tours is to provide the very best touring experience available to sports teams. Each year we look to better ourselves, ensuring that we remain at the top of our game – and this year’s no different!

For 2020 we’re introducing new events, new destinations – and that’s just the beginning. In a bid to be the best, we’ve changed offices and expanded our friendly team to offer more support to you, our valued customers.

EVERYONE IS WELCOMEWe provide rugby tours and festivals for boys', girls', men's and women's rugby teams, aged from under 7s all the way through to Vets. Everyone is welcome on our tours!

FESTIVALS OR FRIENDLY MATCHESYou can choose to enter your rugby teams into one of the many festivals available here in the UK or Europe, alternatively if you prefer we can arrange for you to play friendly fixtures against overseas teams. Rugby festivals typically take place over the holiday periods. For those of you looking for friendly fixtures during your tour these can be arranged at most times of the year. One thing you can be assured is that all of our matches and rugby festivals are arranged through our network of Licensed Match Agents.

WHILST ON TOURDepending on your fixtures, we can arrange excursions for your team. These can include Rugby stadiums, theme parks, water parks or local cities. All the holiday parks we use have on-site facilities often including swimming pools, sports facilities, entertainment, bars, restaurants and more.

SUPERHEROESThis year's theme for our UK rugby festival weekends is SUPERHEROES! This is your chance to leave your daily life behind and become the superhero you have always wanted to be! Pull out your suits, masks and capes and prepare to dance the night away. At Camber Sands and Bournemouth we will provide the music while your club members dress to impress and get involved with our band and DJ on Saturday night with some of your favourite hits from the 80s.

Groups travelling in the UK will qualify for free places based on our early booking incentives, where groups travelling to one of our European destinations may also qualify for additional free places (subject to their groups size). To qualify for the early booking incentives, including free places, simply book before 29th November and benefit from some fantastic savings.

INFANTS GO FREE!Children under three years of age travel free, providing that no provision is made for them. On UK holidays it is always wise to bring your own cot, otherwise charges may apply.Most European holiday villages supply cots free of charge, but it is advisable to take bedding. Insurance is not necessary for infants who are automatically covered by their parents’ premium.

3. flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland, which are sold to customers outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland.

THE SPORTS TOURS TEAMYou will find the commitment, knowledge and friendliness of our staff to be second to none. From your initial enquiry right through to your return, you will be thoroughly looked after and guided through the tour experience. During our Easter, May Day and Whitsun events, we employ around 400 people to assist our customers and support our events. No company provides a more efficient, personal and professional service than Sports Tours.

WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST YOUOur friendly reservations team have many years' experience assisting group leaders through the booking process and are available from 9am to 7pm during the peak season.

24/7 EMERGENCY SUPPORT/ RESORT ASSISTANCEAll of our UK tournaments have a senior member of event staff. We also have an Emergency Contact Number manned 24 hours a day to assist you in the event of an emergency while on tour.

2 EASY STEPS TO BOOK 1. Pay an initial deposit of £295 to reserve your team's place in the tournament. Arrange for your club members to pay their deposits of £35 per person (UK Tours) or £50 per person (European Tours). Deposits for £35pp are due four weeks after the initial £295 deposit. Once received we will send you your invoice and confirmation of tour arrangements.

2. The final balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. You and your club members can then login to www.sportstourspay.co.uk and pay the remaining balance online. Once full payment has been received, your final tour documents will be available 7 to 14 days prior to your departure.

Keep things simple and manage your tour with our online booking system. Everything you do with us can be administered on your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or PC. When you’re at the tournament or festival grounds, your team’s results and league tables will be available on everyone’s mobile phone.

YOU TAKE MORE CONTROL Gone are the days of collecting money from your club members. Instead you can log into our portal via your mobile and invite your club members on tour and ask them to pay us directly. You’ll also be able to:

• Invite players/parents/family/guardians on tour via our portal

• Delegate administration duties to club members

• Allow each team, age group and family to have their own account

• Give club members authorisation to make changes to their accommodation arrangements

• Make any changes to your booking via the portal

• Add teams and players to the tournament or festival

• Have automatic balance reminders sent to individual families via text or email

• Print off invoices, final tour documents and tour information

• Whilst on your, your team’s results, league tables and tour information is available on everyone’s mobile phone

The portal will be available once you have paid your initial deposit of £295. It’s easy to use with our step by step guideline.

CLUB MEMBERS Your club members can log onto www.sportstourpay.co.uk and pay the remaining balance via our secure online payment system.

GROUP LEADERS You’ll be given a unique booking number to manage your booking online and view all your tour details at www.sportstours.co.uk/mybooking.

STEP 1In order to confirm your initial reservation with Sports Tours, you’re required to pay a holding deposit of £295 for your group. This reserves your accommodation based on the estimated numbers as outlined in your final quotation.

This deposit amount is non-refundable and guarantees your accommodation for up to 4 weeks as per your final quotation. All accommodation is quoted subject to availability. Should your accommodation be unavailable and a suitable alternative not proposed, your deposit of £295 will be returned to you.

STEP 2Login to your Sports Tours Hub at www.sportstours.co.uk/mybooking. Here, you’ll need your unique booking number and login details provided in your welcome invite.

Once set up, your group can log in and make payments directly to your group – no hassle or fuss! Within 4 weeks of receiving your holding deposit you’ll be required to provide us with your most up to date numbers and your exact accommodation requirements. To confirm, you’ll be required to pay £35 per person for UK tours, £50 per person for EU tours or £150 per person for EU flight tours (remainder of the flight balance due 2 weeks after booking).

STEP 3Once confirmed, make a note of your final balance payment date. This will be due 10 weeks from your departure date and will be advised in your confirmation document, to be sent to you on full receipt of your full first deposit amount.

UK RUGBY FESTIVALSYour club can take part in our exciting rugby festivals in England during the Easter holidays and at the May Day bank holiday weekend.In order to enter, your team(s) must be affiliated to a County or Schools Rugby Association or National Body.

THE UK’S NUMBER ONE RUGBY FESTIVAL OPERATOROur rugby festivals are organised to the highest possible standards and include: • Computerised scheduling of matches will

ensure you have a minimum wait between games.

• Clubhouse facilities or marquees erected at venues.

• Marshalled car parking.

• Hot drinks & food available at all events.

• Toilet facilities at grounds.

• Fully computerised result service at grounds & resort.

• Experienced staff available throughout each event.

• First Aid and paramedics.

• Live results service on your mobile phone.

UK RUGBY FESTIVALSOur UK festivals are typically 3 night stays with 2 days of rugby. Please read the sample itinerary below to give you an idea of how our weekends go.

DAY 1: Teams will be able to arrive at the resort from midday onwards and you will be able to check into your accommodation from 4pm onwards. Early evening there will be a welcome meeting for all Group Leaders and Team Coaches, the rest of the evening will be for you to spend at leisure. We also arrange for the holiday park to provide a varied entertainment programme throughout your stay.

DAY 2: The morning sessions of the competition take place and typically start from 9am, however these can vary depending on the exact structure of the festival. You may also use any free time during your stay to visit local attractions. Once again the holiday park will provide evening entertainment.

DAY 3: Continuation of the group matches will take place followed by the finals. Typically the presentation evening will take place back at your holiday park during the final evening where every participant will receive an award from our famous rugby celebrity.

DAY 4: All teams to vacate their accommodation and depart by 10am.

RFU CORE VALUES All age groups will be played in accordance with the RFU age grade regulations. Sports Tours continue to fully support the RFU in their efforts to promote participation and fair play though their core values. The RFU Core Values include; Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. We would like to encourage all teams to be mindful of these values whilst participating in our festivals.

EVENING PRESENTATIONSOur well renowned evening presentations take place at Bournemouth and Camber Sands, and we invite along famous rugby celebrities to present awards to all participants. Each player will receive an award and have their photo taken with our special guest on stage.

CLUB PRESENTATIONSAt Southport, Great Yarmouth and Brean Sands, presentations take place at the host rugby club. Famous rugby celebrities will be in attendance to present awards to each player.

AWARDSAt all of our festivals, every player will receive high quality participation awards. Teams placed 1st and 2nd in the U12, U13s, U14s and U15s will also receive medals and our huge trophies.

Age Grade Rugby came into effect in 2016 and determines the game for all players aged between 6 and 18 in clubs, schools, colleges and within the representative pathway.

The delivery of these codes ensures a focus on the wants and needs of every player. They ensure that every player, regardless of their ability, maturity or size develops not only their rugby skills but wider personal and social skills, increasing their enjoyment and supporting a transition to the adult game.

Sports Tours continues to fully support the RFU in their efforts to promote participation and fair play through five core values:

- Teamwork - Respect - Enjoyment - Discipline - Sportsmanship

In the 2019-20 season, Under 7 to Under 11 age groups will be completely non-competitive at our festivals, with no scores or results recorded to encourage the core values.

Under 12 to Under 15 age groups will play a round-robin festival, with results determined by a league table and trophies awarded to the 1st and 2nd placed teams.

All players at our festivals will receive a participation award.

All Sports Tours rugby festivals are fully sanctioned by the RFU, and we are proud to support the Age Grade Codes of Practice.

South Dorset is one of the prime locations in the UK to stay and enter a rugby festival. With seven miles of golden sands and sparkling sea offering water sports galore, the vibrant cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth has it all. We're talking a vast variety of shops, restaurants, upmarket areas of Sandbanks & Poole, the New Forest and endless countryside with beautiful award winning gardens.

FESTIVAL INFORMATIONThe South Dorset Rugby Festival is a two day event which will take place at Swanage & Wareham RFC. The club has four full-sized pitches with a selection of midi and mini pitches, along with a fully licensed clubhouse with bar, kitchen and changing rooms. The club is only a 10 minute drive from the holiday park and is a fantastic festival venue. Teams will play up to the maximum number of minutes permitted by the RFU, which is usually 4-5 games per day.

When darkness falls, head to the Limelight Club or Skylite Bar with nightly live entertainment. There is always something to keep everyone entertained thanks to a range of excellent facilities.

AMBER WOOD HOUSEAmber Wood House has seven bedrooms and sleeps 14 persons. The house has three double rooms and four twin rooms. The facilities include, beds made on arrival, two bathrooms, two showers, TV, DVD player, radio, dining area, oven, dishwasher, cooker, large fridge & freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer and private garden with your very own hot tub. Price per person is based on full occupancy.

LODGES (Sleeps 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 persons)Set in the most picturesque locations around the park and come complete with spacious living area with TV, en suite bathrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen, central heating, dining area, double glazing, electric fire plus you will benefit from having a veranda to sit outside and relax. GOLD HOLIDAY HOMES (Sleeps 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 persons)Enjoy spacious and stylish gold holiday home with high specification fixtures & fittings. GREAT YARMOUTH RUGBY FESTIVAL Our Great Yarmouth rugby festival is a huge event and attracts over 130 teams each year. Under 7 to Under 12 teams play at Great Yarmouth-Broadlands RUFC which has up to 18 pitches available. Under 13 to Under 15 teams will play at Lowestoft & Yarmouth Rugby Club. Both clubs have a licensed club house bar with changing rooms and toilets and are very welcoming clubs.Teams will play up to the maximum permitted minutes per day as stipulated by the RFU (usually 4-5 games per day).

All age groups will be played in accordance with the RFU age grade regulations.

KESSINGLAND BEACH HOLIDAY PARKSet alongside the beach on the East Anglian Coast, this fun filled holiday park has excellent facilities. Southport is a first class upmarket resort full of entertainment to suit everyone. The seafront incorporates one of the oldest piers in the UK and a variety of entertainment facilities including bars, restaurants, Pleasureland theme park, and Splash World indoor water park with all of this situated alongside an award-winning beach.

SOUTHPORT RUGBY FESTIVAL The festival is played at the private grounds of Southport Rugby Club which is just a ten minute journey from the holiday centre. Southport Rugby Club has three full size and six mini/midi rugby pitches, along with undercover seating. There is a large club-house, food village, beer, champagne & wine bar and stalls selling sports goods. Teams will play up to the maximum permitted minutes per day as stipulated by the RFU (usually 4-5 games per day).All age groups will be played in accordance with the RFU age grade regulations.We will also be running a one day girls' and women's rugby festival on Friday 8th May for U13, U15, U18 and Open Age groups.

RYE RUGBY FESTIVALSports Tours have worked with Rye RFC for over 10 years and we are proud to be partnering with the club for the 2020 festival, now exclusively hosted at Rye RFC for Under 7 to Under 15 Boys teams, and Under 13 and Under 15 Girls teams.

Rye RFC will offer a friendly welcome to all teams and give access to their recently renovated clubhouse with fully stocked bar, a range of catering such as BBQ, Stone-Baked pizza, breakfast options, ice cream, coffee and more. There will also be a real festival atmosphere with music and an ale and gin bar.

SUPERHEROES FANCY DRESS PARTYThis year's theme for our UK rugby festival weekends is superheroes! This is your chance to leave your daily life behind and become the superhero you have always wanted to be! Pull out your suits, masks and capes and prepare to dance the night away. FESTIVAL RULESFestivals are played according to IRB and host country’s governing body and regulations. Occasionally, festival organisers may introduce additional rules with permission from their Rugby Football Union.

EXCURSIONSWhilst on tour there will be an opportunity to visit famous stadiums, theme parks and places of interest. If you are travelling by air, there is a fee to hire the coach for excursions. We recommend excursions are pre-booked so we can provide you with preferential rates.

FRIENDLY MATCHESMany teams prefer to play friendly matches whilst on tour and this can be arranged at all our destinations at most times of the year. Playing friendly matches allows your team more free time at the resort to enjoy visits to stadiums, theme parks and places of interest.

STANDARD OF TEAMSEuropean qualifying birth dates are different in each country to those teams based in England, Wales and Scotland (see panel for more information).We have twenty seven years' experience arranging matches against overseas teams and we will place your team into the section which suits your team’s standard and ability.

WITH COACHWe will collect you from your club or hometown and transfer you to the port of departure in the UK. The coach then travels aboard the ferry and stays with you throughout the duration of your tour.

FOOT PASSENGER Make your own way to your UK port of departure and meet your group members at the departure lounge before boarding the ferry one hour prior to sailing. MARINA BEACHMarina Beach is ideal if your rugby team is going to enter the Ghent Festival, which takes place during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The resort is situated just one hour 30 minutes from Calais and is the perfect destination if you do not wish to travel too far. Ghent is filled with students, lively locals and tourists and therefore there are numerous places to go out late at night.

FIXTURESWith a number of local rugby clubs in the region, we can arrange friendly fixtures in the area to match your team’s ability. Alternatively, the famous Ghent Rugby Festival is an ideal choice if you are looking for a fun weekend of rugby and social activities (entry fee applies).

ANTWERPAs the nightlife and fashion capital of Belgium, Antwerp has over 2000 pubs, bars and nightclubs. Alternatively you can explore the winding streets of the Old Quarter, the Diamond Market and the Cathedral.

ACCOMMODATIONAll hotels we use in Antwerp are centrally located and you will be accommodated in two, three or four bedded rooms with en-suite facilities.

FIXTURESSimilarly to Ghent, there are various rugby clubs in the area that are happy to host you for friendly fixtures. Antwerp is also near enough to Ghent for you to enter the Ghent Rugby Festival at Easter (entry fee applies).

PARISThe city of Paris, just three hours' drive from Calais, is a perfect destination for touring rugby teams. Whatever your location in Paris, you can easily explore the variety of attractions including Versailles, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre. Whilst staying in Paris, we can arrange tickets for you to visit Disneyland Resort Paris, Stade de France, Parc Asterix Theme Park and the indoor water complex at Aquaboulevard.

ACCOMMODATION We have two and three star hotels located on the outskirts of Paris, which are accessible to the centre of Paris utilising the Metro system. Our hotels are based on bed & breakfast and provide accommodation in twin, double and triple rooms with private facilities. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants in Paris, which accept group bookings.

LILLELille is a top rugby tour destination with its strong Belgian influence, excellent museums, great mix of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and the world renowned Grande Braderie (Europe’s biggest flea market). Situated just one hour from Calais, you can choose to play fixtures in both France and Belgium. Lille is a fantastic city to visit and we always receive great feedback from the teams that visit for their rugby tours. When you are not playing rugby you should include a visit to the Grand Place, the historic centre of Lille whose many terraces are packed day and night with locals and tourists alike.

ACCOMMODATIONOur hotels and hostels are located in and around the city of Lille and are provided on a bed & breakfast basis staying in a selection of two, three & multi bedded rooms with breakfast. Evening meals available on request.

BELENENSES RUGBY CLUBSports Tours have a long-standing partnership with Belenenses Rugby Club, one of the largest clubs in Portugal. The club has entered touring teams into our Southport and Camber Sands festivals, and are very welcoming to touring teams themselves. Miguel and his colleagues will make sure you are looked after during your stay. The club is able to host teams for friendly matches for all age groups, or alternatively arrange one-day tournaments if you are interested.

From its spacious streets and splendid parks, to the intimacy of its pub and café life, Dublin is a place where the cosmopolitan and the charming converge in a wonderfully diverse atmosphere.

ACCOMMODATIONWe tend to use hotels outside of the city centre to keep costs down for our customers. The hotels we use are within easy travelling distance of Dublin city centre and will have a bar, restaurant & lounge area, and en-suite bedrooms.

FIXTURESWe are able to arrange friendly fixtures for all ages in the Dublin region. There are plenty of rugby clubs in the area, all very welcoming of touring teams.

KRAKOWKnown as Poland's cultural capital, Krakow is a city steeped in legend and myth and its famous architecture can easily match any European city. It is one of the best-preserved medieval city centres in Europe and is home to one of Europe’s largest market squares. Old Town is also a popular location and has been declared a World Heritage Site. Krakow is famous for its nightlife where parties start early and finish late, and has more drinking establishments per square metre than anywhere else in the world!

ACCOMMODATIONIn Krakow we use a selection of hotels and hostels around the city.

FIXTURESRugby in Poland is growing rapidly, and there are a number of teams in Krakow that would be delighted to host teams from the UK. Juvenia RC are able to offer a good standard of opposition, while other teams would be considered more social.

• All our holiday homes have kitchenettes. They are designed for cooking simple or light meals. Typically, kitchenettes have a two-ring gas or electric hob, sink unit and a fridge. An adequate though limited range of pots, pans, cutlery and other utensils is supplied. If any items are worn, missing or damaged, please notify reception whose responsibility it is to replace them.

• On check-in, you may be asked to sign an inventory listing the items supplied. This may be checked on your departure and you will have to pay for missing or damaged items. It is in your own interests therefore to check the list carefully on arrival before signing it and to report any missing or damaged items immediately.

• Electricity is included in the price of your apartment or holiday home at most of our holiday centres. If you are staying in Classic or Popular apartments at Pontin’s Camber Sands or Southport tokens need to be purchased to acquire electricity.

• Electricity cards must be purchased for all accommodation at Hemsby Beach and Summerfields Holiday Centres.

• All holiday centres include bed linen but not towels.

• Club passes included. Festivals are usually played at a different location to the Holiday Centre and you are expected to make your own transport arrangements, except Camber Sands where you can purchase tickets in advance for a shuttle service from the holiday park to the pitches.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE• There will be a moderate charge for most sports, leisure and other facilities. Opening

times and dates vary between each resort and some facilities may not be available at certain times.

LUGGAGE• Everyone is responsible for getting his or her own luggage from the car or coach to

your accommodation.

WHAT YOUR UK TOUR PRICE INCLUDES• Accommodation from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival until 10:00hrs on the day of

departure for the number of nights specified.

• Use of swimming pool at holiday village plus free facilities as specified. There may be a small charge (pay locally) for use of other facilities.

• Membership of the resort social club.

EMPTY BEDS• All our tour prices are based on full occupancy of accommodation. Supplement

applies for unused beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT• All our UK Holiday Centres may require groups to pay a security deposit. This

amount will be included in your final invoice and will be refunded two weeks from the completion of your holiday (providing your accommodation and fittings remain in the same condition as when you arrived).

• All teams staying at Bournemouth must pay a security deposit.

EUROPEAN TOURS• Accommodation at our holiday parks is either bungalows, villas or mobile homes. The

tour description tells you the maximum sleeping capacity (‘berths’) of each unit.

• Children under 18 may only occupy self-contained units if accompanied by at least one adult who is over 25 years of age.

• 4-berth units consist of two bedrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and shower/WC.

• 6-berth units consist of three bedrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and two separate shower/WC's.

• 7/8-berth units consist of four bedrooms, a lounge/dining area, kitchenette (see below) and two separate shower/WC’s.

• Most units contain at least one double bed. If you require these beds for single occupancy, you must inform us when booking as an under-occupancy supplement will apply.

You may have to pay an additional premium to cover your medical conditions. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Unless you are travelling to Area 2, there is no requirement for you to declare your medical conditions. However to be covered for any medical conditions you have or have had, you must be able to comply with the following Special conditions: 1. No trip is booked or undertaken against medical advice or for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment. 2. If your health changes after the start date of your policy you must contact us to make sure that your cover is not affected. 3. If you have a medical condition, you must obtain confirmation from your medical practitioner that there is no reason why you should not travel.

This policy is only available to residents of the United Kingdom. The definition of residents of the United Kingdom is any person who is staying in or has lived in the United Kingdom for more than 12-months, or if studying or working in the United Kingdom for more than 6-months. NOTES & PRICE INFORMATION: UK FESTIVALS• It is a condition of entering our Festivals, that everyone within your group must

book their accommodation arrangements through Sports Tours (please refer to our booking conditions - within our insert for more information). Accommodation is in apartments, chalets and holiday homes. The tour description tells you what to expect and the maximum sleeping capacity (‘berths’) of the accommodation unit.

• Children under 21 may only occupy self-contained units if accompanied by at least one adult.

• A typical 6-berth unit consists of two bedrooms, a lounge/dining area (with a convertible double sofa bed), kitchenette (see below) and a shower with WC.

• An 8-berth unit is the same as above and usually has one additional bedroom or two sofa beds in the lounge area (suitable for children).

• Most units contain at least one double bed. If you require these beds for single occupancy, you must inform us when booking as an under-occupancy supplement will apply.

We have arranged with Global Travel Insurance Services Ltd a holiday insurance policy specially designed with our holidays in mind. This policy is insured by ETI – International Travel Protection (ERV), the UK branch of Europäische Reiseverscherung AG, who are Licensed by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BAFIN – www.bafin.de) and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority to undertake insurance business in the UK.

GROUPS CONSISTING OF 49 PLUS PERSONS• Once your arrangements are confirmed, we will then book your executive coach for

the actual number of persons indicated. Should your numbers decrease at a later date, cancellation charges will be incurred and if we are unable to alter your vehicle type, additional empty seat supplements will apply.

LUGGAGE• Everyone is responsible for getting his or her own luggage from the coach to your

accommodation.

• Airlines impose a limit on the amount of luggage they will allow each passenger to carry. This limit will be shown on your tickets. There are also certain restrictions on the items that can be carried as hand luggage/hold luggage. Please ask at the time of booking or contact the airline direct for further details.

TRAVELLING BY COACH, WHAT YOUR PRICE INCLUDES• Prices are based on group size of 40 or more with full accommodation occupancy.

• Return coach travel from one central pick-up point in England or Wales to your resort.

• Use of the coach in resort for transport to/from your fixtures optional stadium visit or excursion (excludes entry fees) by coach up to 60 miles round trip. (Subject to driver’s permissible working hours).

• Our double decker executive coaches seat groups from 50 to 74 persons. These coaches will be subject to a supplement if full seating capacity is not achieved. On some occasions, two 49 seater executive vehicles may be used and empty seat supplements do also apply should less than 40 persons travel on each vehicle.

• Return ferry crossing via Dover/Calais. Other routes are available at a supplement, please contact our office.

• Accommodation in resort from 15:00hrs on the day of arrival until 10:00hrs on the day of departure for the number of nights specified on the holiday price table.

• Use of swimming pool in resort with free entry if specified. There may be small charge (pay locally) for use of other facilities.

• Two fixture arrangements per booking. (Additional fixtures available, see tour description for cost).

• VAT and hotel taxes where applicable.

MEALS/EMPTY BEDS/SMALL GROUPS• At many centres, meals (breakfast and/or evening meal) can be arranged at a

supplement. See the tour description for details. All meal supplements are per person per night.

• Meals as requested and confirmed by us on your holiday invoice. ‘Half-board’ means continental breakfast and one main meal per day.

• All our tour prices are based on full occupancy of accommodation. Empty bed supplements apply.

SECURITY DEPOSIT• All our European resorts require each group to pay a security deposit. This

amount will be included on your final invoice and will be refunded two weeks from completion of your holiday (subject to any damage being caused during your tour). Please note some of our accommodation suppliers insist on groups paying an additional deposit on arrival in resort to cover breakages and unacceptable behaviour. Therefore, if you are traveling to a resort where this applies, your group will be charged a nominal fee on your invoice and the additional deposit will need to be paid direct to the accommodation suppliers on arrival.
