Please join us for the Theatre School’s 4th annual fundraiser! A CHRISTMAS CAROL in Concert is a spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens's most well known story. Alan Menken (Disney's Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid) and Lynn Ahrens (Ragtime, Seussical, Once On This Island) partner to make this delightful show the perfect way to kick-off the holidays with the entire family!

Geared for the serious teen actor, this is a continuous program composed of six, six-week cycles. Training is designed to propel the performer beyond the typical teen classes to a higher skill level expected of top performers and instill professional fundamentals, the basis for their professional life. Accepted by audition only, a strong commitment is required on the part of all students; regular attendance is imperative throughout each of the six sessions. Auditions for The Teen Conservatory are Monday, August 29, 2016 at 6:00pm. Please prepare a one-minute contemporary monologue. Broadway Babies is our introduction into the world of theatre. These classes are designed to spark creativity and teach the basics of stage etiquette and ensemble building. All classes are built on the foundation of theatre games to teach these skills.
Sing! Dance! Create! The Broadway Babies Ensemble will perform songs from some of your favorite shows. A performance will be presented on the final day of class at 4 pm.

Beyond Broadway Babies is designed to give young actors the basic skills needed to advance to our full training program. Classes are designed to be taken for multiple sessions before moving on to the next level. Students must have participated in at least 2 sessions of Broadway Babies to be eligible for these classes.

Students have fun and learn basic acting and performance skills. A performance piece will be presented on the final day of class.

Improvisation is the foundation of all theatre. Learning to “play” through cooperation and ensemble work will inspire young actors to use their creativity to open up new worlds of exploration.

A class that combines technique with fun! Learn how to sing correctly, protecting your voice while acting the song. A perfect class for anyone who loves to sing! A performance piece will be presented on the final day of class.
Acting: Mastering the BasicsSeptember 17 - October 22, 2016 and January 7 - February 11, 2017Saturdays 10:20 am - 11:40 amTuition: $225Young actors will learn theatre etiquette and the importance of developing strong relationships that will translate from the page to the stage. An emphasis is placed on giving students the emotional and physical vocabulary needed to be a successful performer.
Acting: Building a CharacterSeptember 17 - October 22, 2016Saturdays 11:50 am - 1:10 pmTuition: $225Having learned the importance of developing strong relationships, this class will build on that foundation to encourage students to make strong choices for their characters. Students are taught the emotional and physical vocabulary needed to master their craft.
